centerline of the Gage Road,
formerly known as the Crane Road,
said point being 137 feet westerly
from the point of intersection of the
said centerline of the Gage Road,
formerly known as the Crane Road,
and the centerline of Bessemer
Street; said point being also the
northwesterly corner of lands
conveyed to Faye Rice by deed
recorded in Erie County Deed Book
1024 at Page 493;
Thence, southerly along the West
line of said Rice lands, three
hundred ten (310) feet to a point;
Thence, westerly, two hundred
fifteen (215) feet, more or less, to
a point in the easterly line of lands
conveyed to J. Russell Harley and
Grace E. Harley, his wife, by deed
recorded in Erie County Deed
Book 1035 at page 285, said point
being 308 feet southerly from the
centerline of the said Gage Road,
formerly known as the Crane Road;
Thence, northerly along the East
line of said Harley lands, three
hundred eight (308) feet to a point
in the centerline of the Gage Road,
formerly known as the Crane Road;
Thence, easterly along the centerline
of said Gage Road, formerly known
as the Crane Road, two hundred
fifteen (215) feet, more or less, to
the place of beginning.
The Court has ordered that Notice
to this action may be given by
publication so that the title to the
property may be adjudicated. The
Complaint requests the Court to
decree that the title to said property
is free and clear of any claim or
interest of BLANCHE JORDAN;
her heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns and any and all persons
claiming by or through her, and that

or under them be barred from
