It is a place to connect, collaborate

24% don’t have the confidence to apply for career progression opportunities.
70% of women believed that career/life sacrifices are necessary in order to achieve their career
goals and 25% are not willing to compromise these areas of life in order to achieve their
desired career progression.
Whilst 70% of women are confident in their ability to do well with all that is required at work only
39% are confident to ask for what they want when it comes to their career.
Only 13% of women believe that there are no barriers hindering their career progression.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Payment will be debited by Employerbility within 7 days of
booking date from the nominated credit card on this form.
2. Full names of additional delegates are requested no later than
7 days prior to the event.
3. Any cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A
substitute participant is welcome and in this instance a
cancellation fee will not apply. All requests for cancellations or
substitutions for attendance can be made in writing up to two
(2) days prior to the event. All substitution afterwards must be
made in person on the day of the event. Please ensure your
guests know who they are replacing, to avoid confusion and
delay.
4. Failure to attend the event will result in forfeit of the full cost
and no credit is available.
5. Intellectual property. All material relating to the event cannot
be filmed, recorded, used or reproduced without written
