collection is far more than fabric being sewn
together. It’s a calling for people who BELIEVE
IN AMERICA to pool together, utilizing and
maximizing their resources to make a difference in

The Legend Mission:
We believe in the principles of integrity, honor and
self-reliance our forefathers believed in when they
founded our great nation.
In 1945, America was the most respected country
in the world. We looked to take care of ourselves,
producing a majority of our own needs. We fixed
our own problems and helped others in our
community. We believed in a set of moral principles
and faith that governed our action and our lives.
Today, America produces less than 5% of our
needs. Many of our former standards of excellence
have given way to shades of grey where we are told
there is no right or wrong.
The Sewell Companies
In 1918, my grandfather, Warren Sewell, and his brother, began a suit
manufacturing plant in west Georgia. In the 60’s, 4 out of every 6 suits in the
United States were manufactured in one of our plants. Then things changed.
America lost her focus on making for ourselves and as a nation we let the pride
that comes with making quality products take a back seat.
At The Sewell Companies, we BELIEVE IN AMERICA and know that together we
can put Americans back to work. We are excited to partner with a great American
music Legend, Larry Gatlin, a quality American-made jean maker, Diamond
Gusset, and an entrepreneur who shares our vision, Randall Redding of Mill Town
Music Hall, to bring you the first series in the American Legends USA collection. It’s

The Legend Series highlights Americans who still

About Larry Gatlin
Almost 60 years ago, Larry, Steve, and Rudy Gatlin
started singing in their little hometown of Abilene, Texas,
and from there went on to make music history. Over
the course of a four-decade career that has taken the
Gatlin Brothers from dusty Texas stages to White House
performances, from Broadway to Grammy Awards to the
top of the country charts, there has been one unifying
element, music.

Over the years, the Brothers scored more than a dozen Top
40 hits, including “Denver,” “Houston (Mean That I’m One
Day Closer To You),” Midnight Choir (Mogen David),” and
“She Used To Be Somebody’s Baby,” “I Don’t Want To Cry,”
“Statues Without Hearts,” “What Are We Doing Lonesome,”
I’ve Done Enough Dyin’ Today,” “Take Me To Your Lovin’
Place,” “Night Time Magic,” “Love Is Just A Game,” “The Lady
Takes The Cowboy Every Time,” and Talkin’ To The Moon.” In 1979 Larry Gatlin won the ACM’s “Top Male Vocalist,”
Straight Ahead won “Album of the Year,” and “All The Gold
In California” won “Single of the Year.”
In most recent years, Larry has toured entertaining
our troops and has become an outspoken political
commentator. Larry is passionate about bringing jobs
back to America, bringing focus back to the basic morals
and values America was founded upon.

What is a Gusset?

Diamond Gusset Brand Jeans are 100% American-made and are
different because of the unique gusset sewn into the crotch of the
jean. The original gusseted jean construction incorporates a “delta”
shaped piece of material sewn into the crotch area. This allows stress
to be redistributed around the crotch, allowing greater freedom of
movement, comfort and strength.

The Sewell Companies, headquartered in Bremen, Georgia

Mill Town Music Hall opened as West Georgia’s largest
concert and entertainment venue on January 28, 2012
and the community hasn’t stopped singing its praises
since. Mill Town Music Hall is known for offering familyfriendly concerts that span multiple music genres including
country, contemporary Christian, southern rock, bluegrass
and gospel. Located conveniently off I-20 in Bremen

denim wear. Founded 28 years ago, the company is proud
