Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico
Project Costs: $39.1M (Construction),
$1.6M (Fee)
• Design included 2 independent
facilities, each one incorporating a
hangar bay to house a single fueled
MC-130E aircraft. Each facility also
included separate administrative
areas, shop and tool spaces, and other
miscellaneous support areas
• The 90 personnel Corrosion Control
Facility was designed per UFC 4-211-02
Aircraft Corrosion Control and Paint
Facilities and ETL 02-15
• The 120 personnel Fuel Cell Facility
was designed per UFC 4-211-01N
Aircraft Maintenance Hangar and
ETL 02-15
• Both facilities were designed in
accordance to LEED V2.2 – SILVER
