Redeem your HHonors points online or via phone for any
Standard hotel or Point Stretcher® reward. There are two ways:
Online
1. Click on the “book a reward stay” tab at hiltonfamily.com.
2. Search for reward hotel availability by location, hotel category, reward code, or
number of points at any of more than 2,700 Hilton Family hotels worldwide.
3. When your reward reservation is complete, the points will automatically be
deducted from your HHonors account. You will receive both a reservation
confirmation number and reward confirmation ID, which must be presented to
the hotel at check-in.
By Phone
1. Call 1-800-HHONORS or your local Hilton Reservations Worldwide office and
tell the reservations agent that you will be using HHonors points to book your
reservation. Provide the agent with the Reward Code listed on the appropriate
reward chart.
2. Complete your reward reservation and contact the HHonors Customer Service
Center by phone, e-mail, or fax (see p. 30) to redeem your points. Provide your
HHonors account number and PIN when requesting a reward.
3. You will receive both a reservation confirmation number and reward
confirmation ID, which must be presented to the hotel at check-in.
For HHonors Vacation Rewards and other rewards, please contact the
HHonors Customer Service Center nearest you.
Need a few more points for that special vacation? Purchase more points
for less with the HHonors online Point Purchase option!
Now when you purchase at least 10,000 HHonors bonus points at one time,
your cost is only $.01 per point. If you purchase less than 10,000 points in any
one transaction, your price will be $.0125 per point. Purchases may be made in
increments of 1,000 HHonors bonus points, with up to 40,000 HHonors bonus
points available for purchase in any one calendar year. This offer is available
worldwide. The credit card purchaser’s name and address must match those
