This luxury 1 bedroom apartment on the Las Gondolas complex with amazing double views of the ocean and the
Mar Menor (the little Sea) you will be spoilt for choice as you sip your well deserved glass of Vino or Cerveza on the
large balcony. Is an ideal base for exploring the La Manga strip Peninsula?
This is a perfect location if you want to see the very best of the mar menor. The famous la manga golf club is only a
20 minute drive and the stunning harbour of Tomas Maestre marina (largest on the Mar Menor). Is only a 10 minute
drive away. If its beaches you want, then take a drive up the la manga strip peninsula and you will find some of the
finest beaches in Europe, although there are some lovely beaches on your doorstep
Comfortable living accommodation with open plan American style kitchen, table, chairs, and sofa bed suitable for 2
children The balcony has wonderful far reaching views of both the sea and the famous Mar Menor (little sea), great
for relaxing with a glass of wine after a hard days sunbathing!!
There are a small number of shops, bars and restaurants within the complex, including a supermarket and bakers,
making this a perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday any time of the year and a school of sailing & restaurant
known as Club Vela International, The Most unique spot on the shoreline of the Mar Menor. Traditional &

The restaurant, which overlooks the Mar Menor, has an indoor dining area and a shaded outdoor terrace trellised
with flowers and big leafy palms, this is the perfect place to sit and watch the action on the water during the day or
in the early evenings to enjoy watching the incredible sunsets

• Final Departure cleaning charge - €40
• 3rd person in using sofa bed - €10

• Weekly clean for stays of 2 weeks or more - €40
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 6
weeks before travel. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid.
SECURITY BOND:
£100 security bond required with the balance of the rental cost. Refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject
to inspection) once the keys have been safely returned to us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the
apartment.

• 10% discount for late booking (within 14 days)
• 15% Discount for 3 or 4 weeks
