Using 100% organic Voya products, based on all that is
good and nourishing from the sea, our treatments are
naturally beneficial to all. For grandfathers, sons, aunts
and mothers, friends and hens, you will all feel restored
after a visit to the Spa at The Redcastle Hotel.

Includes a deep cleansing back treatment followed by a facial massage
for lymphatic drainage and finally a marine clay mask with extracts of

This revolutionary seaweed facial begins with a back
exfoliation and back massage, followed by an organic facial to
gently renew your skin and an intense Voya signature facial
massage. Then freshly harvested seaweed leaves are placed
on the face over a warm poultice seaweed mask. A light head
massage tops off this experience. This treatment will renew,
revive and soften dry and dehydrated skin, alleviating fine lines

The ultimate treat for refreshing and rejuvenating tired eyes. A
relaxing and decongesting lymphatic treatment using products
rich in seaweed extract, green tea and vitamin C directed at signs

compresses are applied to work their magic whilst a scalp massage

This ultimate body wrap is inspired by the sea. Fresh leaves of Atlantic

ground seaweed, followed by a wrap of seaweed for the body. The
minerals, vitamins and amino acids work their magic whilst you are
being treated to a scalp massage.

A pure organic treatment using hand-harvested seaweed to deeply
moisturise your skin, increase circulation and promote healing by

Indian head massage originated in India over 1000 years ago and
began as a way of keeping the hair in good condition. It is based on
the ancient healing system of Ayurveda. This form of massage works
on the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, ears and face.
The areas are massaged using firm yet gentle, rhythmic movements
that involve acupressure points called Marma points.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SPA
Booking a treatment:
We take telephone or email bookings. A treatment is only confirmed when the Credit Card
details of the client have been entered into our client files.
Payment:
Payment is required on arrival at the spa reception. Group bookings require payment of a 10%
non-refundable deposit on booking.
Arrival time:
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows time for you to complete a
consultation form, change into your robe and slippers and relax before your therapist collects you
for your treatment.
What to bring:
A gown and slippers are provided for your use whilst in the treatment rooms. If you require a
robe for your guest bedroom, please contact the hotel reception. A charge of €30.00 is applicable
for any unreturned robes. We also provide disposable underwear for ladies. Gentlemen will be
required to wear swimwear during all treatments. Swimwear is obligatory when using the pool,
steam room, sauna or hydrotherapy baths.
Etiquette:
As a courtesy to other clients and to preserve the ambience we request that you kindly switch off
your electronic devices such as mobile phone/I Pads when entering the spa. During treatments, all
therapists will use modesty towelling techniques to ensure that guests are comfortable at all times.
Valuables:
Please secure your valuables in the lockers we provide. We are unable to take responsibility for
any personal items.
Children:
Treatments and facilities within the spa are only available to persons aged 18 years and over.
Consultation Forms:
All treatments are carried out subject to a Consultation Form being completed. Any medical
conditions need to be detailed on this form, prior to entering the treatment rooms. If you are
pregnant or nursing, please advise the spa in advance as some treatments are not recommended
during this period. We are able to offer alternative treatments for mothers-to-be.
Cancellations:
We would politely request that if you are unable to keep your appointment, you contact the spa 48
hours prior to your treatment. If you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours, we reserve
the right to charge 50 % of the cost of the treatments booked and for non arrivals, the full cost of
the treatments. Group bookings may require 1 weeks’ notice for cancellation.

you spend more than €50 we will credit your loyalty card and after four visits, you will receive a
