Revention as a standard includes biometric fingerprint
access to the system, as well as easily configured security

Comprehensive dining room manager provides an intuitive
set up tool that allows the user to create a custom graphical
representation of their dining room. Standard images are
provided, but the flexible configuration provides the ability to
create and import custom table and bar seat graphics easily. Table
Management is an additional module for your Revention system.
• Background objects can be created to provide a
true rendering of the restaurant or bar, which can
include POS stations, kitchen doors, walls, plants, etc.

allow open table selection

Guest management provides managers and food expediters with
a real time food production analysis by guest table. The guest
management screen displays every table and bar seat available
within the restaurant, with the ability to toggle between in house
orders and to go or web orders. In coordination with the Kitchen
Display System, the tables display the current food preparation
time for each guest table. Multiple alert indicators can be
configured. When the order is ready to be delivered to the guest
the table flashes until the order is bumped. The food production
for each table adjusts based on menu item production times and
guest courses.

Revention has offered a robust Kitchen Display System since the
company’s inception. As restaurant operators continue to look
for ways to be more efficient and improve the guest experience,
Revention again answers the need to facilitate food preparation
and order timing. This is addressed with the enhancement of
tracking menu item preparation times. ENHANCED KITCHEN
DISPLAY SYSTEM
• Each menu item can have a defined preparation time. • When an order is submitted to the kitchen display,
the item with the longest preparation time appears
first, and subsequently other items appear based
on their required preparation time. • All items will then be completed at the same time,
preventing a partial order from sitting in the
window for an extended period as the food quality
declines.
Using production items and preparation times can make the
kitchen operation a well-oiled machine. The days of food
dying in the window should cease to exist. A kitchen manager
can focus more on food consistency and prep than calling out
items for proper order timing.
CASH MANAGEMENT
AND AUDITS
Tracking cash and other tender methods is critical to a successful
business. Revention offers complete server cash management,
which includes proper tracking of orders that may potentially need
to be tendered by a manager or cashier. The ability to track and
audit servers order modifications, discounts and payment activity
allows a manager to immediately detect a potential problem.
