Entry Fees
Open - $5.00 per entry
Youth - $5.00 per entry
Wool & Fur entries - $1.00 per entry
All other changes- $2 per entry, per change- per show
Day of show entries- $7.00 per entry per show
*If you are showing the same rabbit in all 4 shows entry fees for that rabbit will be $4.75
per show.
Make checks payable to: NCRBA
All changes need to be made at the registration table prior to the start of each show.
No refund for scratches after the start of first show.
Absolutely no changes at the show tables!
All entries not received by deadline will be considered Day of Show entries. All entries must be paid for
prior to start of show A on Saturday, unless only showing on Sunday.

Notice: Due to Tan Nationals and their specialty to follow there will be no sanction for Tans on Saturday for
NCRBA shows. Please show with us on Sunday both shows C and D which will be sanctioned.
There will also be no sanctions for AFL for NCBRA show A, your National show will replace it. Please show with
us for show B on Sat and both shows on Sunday.
Any additional Sanctioned breeds that are ordered by breeders will be updated on our
FACEBOOK page
All best in shows will be held at the end of each show day.
All club sanctioned breeds with 10 or more will receive awards for BOB and BOS. Ribbons will be
available for all non sanctioned breeds for BOB and BOS.

Make sure you have your ARBA card and copy of the rabbit’s
pedigree
Youth Contests
You can enter youth royalty for fun or to compete for NCYRBA Royalty. Please note that to
have a chance to be on the NCYRBA Convention team you are required to compete. If you are
doing it to win or to be on the NCYRBA team you must be a NCRBA member and participate in
Breed ID + the written test. There will also be an educational poster contest.
There will be a sign up sheet at the check-in where you will be required to put your name, age,
and if you are a NCRBA member or not.
Youth contests will begin at 10 AM on Saturday (3/21/15) and end at 2 PM.
Results will be given at the NCRBA banquet Saturday night.

The NCRBA will have a raffle table setup for Saturday & Sunday. Any and all donations will
be greatly appreciated.
PHOTOS
Cowboy Photography will be here offering photos of you and your rabbits. This is a great time to get that
special photo of the special wins, such as BOB, BOS, BIS, RIS and etc.

SHOW RULES
General:
1. The American Rabbit Breeders Association host club reserves the right to refuse entries
from exhibitors placing an entry from all locations within 150 miles of a confirmed
outbreak of RHD/VHD/RVC within the past 60 days of the entry deadline.
2. This show will conform to all ARBA show rules.
3. There will be no alcoholic beverages allowed at the show grounds.
4. No vendors without written permission from the NCRBA.
5. Parents will be responsible for their children- PLEASE ensure they behave as to provide
and enjoyable, safe show for everyone.
6. Only animals entered in the show will be allowed in the showroom. (It is okay to bring a
few sale rabbits).
7. Grooming of animals in area provided.
8. Lawn chairs in designated area only. Please limit the space your chairs take up.
9. If you are cooping rabbits please remove carriers from showroom.
Show:
1. All stock must be in the showroom by 8:30am Sat morning.
2. This is a carrying cage show. Carriers must have a leak proof bottom.
3. Judging begins promptly at 9 am on Saturday and Sunday. See exceptions of 8 am
specialties.
4. All entries must be paid prior to start of show on Saturday unless only showing Sunday.
5. All youth entries must be carried by a youth to the show table.
6. NCRBA may change showing order or judges at any time during the show.
7. All animals must have a permanent and legible ear marks according to ARBA rules
8. All animals showing signs of disease will be removed from the showroom and entry fees
will not be refunded.

Display permit with this side up on dashboard on driver's side.
NOTE: Once issued, this permit will allow re-entry to assigned vehicle at the Ellington St. parking
gate only. This permit is NOT transferable.

1-85 South/1-40 West From Burlington:
From the 1-85 South /1-40 west split, follow 1-40 West 7.5 miles too Exit 218-B Freeman Mill
Road. Go .3 miles and turn left on Coliseum Boulevard. One mile to the Complex on your left, turn
left onto Ellington Street and right into the main entrance.
1-85 North From Charlotte:
On 1-85 North from Charlotte, take Exit 120-A to access 1-85 Business North. Continue 2 miles to
Exit 35-B, Highway US 220 North. Proceed 1.8 miles and turn left on Coliseum Boulevard. One
mile to the Complex on your left, turn left onto Ellington Street and right into the main entrance.
1-40 East From Winston-Salem:
On 1-40 East from Winston Salem, take Exit 216 Patterson Street, continue straight ahead for
2.4 miles to the Coliseum Complex. Or, continue 5 miles on 1-40 East to Exit 217 High Point
Road. Turn left at top of ramp and continue 1 mile on High Point Road to Ellington Street. Turn
right for .5 miles and enter Complex through main entrance.
Highway 220 North From Asheboro:
Highway 220 North to Greensboro becomes Freeman Mill Road. Stay on Freeman Mill Road,
after crossing 1-85 Business, proceed 1.8 miles and turn left onto Coliseum Boulevard. 1 mile to
the Complex on your left, turn left onto Ellington Street and right into the main entrance.
Highway 220 South from Virginia:
On Highway 220 South to Greensboro, road changes name to Battleground Avenue in the City.
After crossing Cornwallis, keep right which becomes Westover Terrace. Continue straight on
Westover Terrace which becomes Aycock Street. Continue straight for 3 miles across Spring
Garden Street. Turn right at the next light which is Lee Street (Wendy's on the right). The Complex
is one mile on your left. Turn left onto Coliseum Boulevard.
Highway Directions from Piedmont Triad International Airport:
Leave the airport and exit east to 1-40 and Bryan Boulevard. Remain in the right lane 1.5 miles and
exit to 1-73 south (unmarked) 1-40 Raleigh/Winston Salem. Continue on 1-73 South, 2.7 miles to
exit 1 1-40 east. Continue 3 miles to Exit 216 Patterson Street. Continue straight ahead for 2.5
miles to the Coliseum complex. Or, continue 4.2 miles on 1-40 East to Exit 217 High Point Road.
Turn left at top of ramp and continue 1 mile on High Point Road to Ellington Street. Turn right for
.5 miles and enter Complex through main entrance.
