Thursday, December 3rd
Gala & Tree Auction 6 pm
Gala Tickets: $75 per person or $800 per reserved table of 8
Friday, December 4th
Special Viewing for Children & Seniors 9-11 am
Opportunity for senior and children’s groups to visit the
festival prior to opening for public viewing. No charge for
groups viewing the trees.
Tea in the Trees 1-3 pm
Saturday, December 5th
Public Viewing of Trees 9 am-8 pm
Stroll through a Winter Wonderland and enjoy the beautifully
decorated holiday trees.
Children’s Activities 9 am-8 pm
Arctic Art & Playland: Children participate in holiday craft
projects and assorted carnival games in a festive setting. After
the kids have taken advantage of this creative entertainment,
the family can shop at the Craft & Gift Show, stroll through
the trees, and enjoy the entertainment.
Craft & Gift Show 9 am-6 pm
FREE ADMISSION! Creative and delightful holiday gifts are
available from a variety of vendors and artisans.
$10 in advance or $12 at the door. A lovely relaxing afternoon
of tea, coffee, cider and desserts for young and old to enjoy.
Style show by Chico’s, silent auction and door prizes.

Family Fun Night 5-8 pm
A magic show at 7pm, story time with Frosty the Snowman,
games for kids of all ages, a silent auction, basket raffle, and a
visit from Santa.
Entertainment 5-8 pm
Choral and dance groups provide entertainment for the whole
family. Schedule will be posted at the event.

Bring the kids to enjoy a visit with Santa while enjoying
pastries, fruit & juice. Then take some time as a family
to enjoy crafts, entertainment and beautifully decorated
Christmas Trees.
MSUB Writer’s Roundup 12-5 pm
Join local and regional authors and artists who will be on hand
to sell and autograph their works. Gift Wrapping is available
for these uniquely Montana gifts – or spoil yourself with a
good read!
