Oceans Edge Resort provides a unique investment opportunity to own a Villa unit and Earn income from the unit when not in
use in a profit-sharing scheme that gives buyers rental income which are way above bank deposit rates.
All villas are sold on a Secure CCT (Condominium Certificate of Title) basis, fully furnished and equipped including Flat screen
TV and WIFI.
-Villa owners may use their villa for up to 14 days per year (maximum 7 days during high season months of May and December
and Chinese New Year).
-Rental Agreement – When not in occupancy the Management company will make the unit available for rental to paying guests
and share the revenue generated on a pooled basis with the owners receiving a guaranteed 7.5% annual return based on the
acquisition price or 60% of net annual room revenues (investor’s option).
-Rental Agreement is for 10 years.
-Guaranteed buy back after 5 years + 20% premium.
