Not too fussy but always attentive and service was very slick and unobtrusive. Loved the setting and the buildings - exceptionally well thought out layout and the buggy service was fun and effective. Great food and a perfect setting for a very productive couple of days away with business colleagues. I needed to run off a copy of a report from my Blackberry and the ladies in the business centre did it quickly, happily and for no charge. Fantastic. There was also one young doorman (I don't recall his name), but as soon as he would see me, he took care of everything - he just seemed to know when I needed a taxi, or baggage - he was perhaps one of the best doorman/ greeters I've ever encountered. This hotel is wonderfully situated, beautifully furnished and staffed by people who really set out to provide guests with outstanding service.
