After decades of growth, and thirteen years in Owings Mills, we are happy to announce that Klein
Enterprises and Metropolitan Management Company have moved their offices to the Commerce Center
in Pikesville. Located off of Reisterstown Road and Hooks Lane, the Commerce Center is also home to
Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Charm City Yoga and Scottrade.
We look forward to continuing to provide top-notch real estate services to the metro area and are

Former Orioles Catcher and 1983 World Series MVP, Rick Dempsey,
is now a Maryland real estate licensee; and an official member of
our brokerage team effective last month.
Rick brings with him, not only a legendary history in baseball, but
also a resume` unmatched in the category of public relations. Rick
is the O’s Extra sports caster on MASN, creator and designer of his
own brand of neck ties, motivational speaker and avid golfer. He is
sure to hit a few home runs in commercial real estate!
Rick is very excited to be working on some very special projects
with our company. We are planning a celebration later this fall to
properly introduce him to the commercial real estate community.
