Driver’sLicense.
RegistrationwillbeheldatTexomaHarley-DavidsoninSherman,TX.
Registrationbeginsat8amSaturday,August20,2016andendsat10amSaturday,August20,2016.
EntryFeeis$30perbikeand$5foreachadditionalhand.Norefundswillbegiven.
Entryformmustbefilledoutinitsentiretyandlegible,includingfirstandlastname,telephone
numberandanyotherrequiredinformationrequested.
FirstBikeoutfromTexomaHarleyDavidsonat10am.LastBikeoutnolaterthan11am.
Participantswillbegivenamapandofficialfunruncardsheetatcheck-in.Themapwilllistthe
locationandaddressesoftheofficialfunrunstops.Participantsmustvisiteachfunrunstop,where
theywillbounceapingpongballinto(1)oneof(52)fiftytwonumberedcupstodetermineacard
designation.
Adesignatedofficialateachfunrunstopwillinitialandmarktheparticipant’scardsheettoindicate
thecardawarded.
ParticipantsareonlyallowedtobounceONEpingpongballpercardsheetandmusthandthecard
sheettothedesignatedfunrunstopofficialPRIORtobouncingthepingpongballintoacup.
However,ifaparticipant’spingpongballlandsinacupforacardtheyalreadyhave,theparticipant
willberequiredtobouncethepingpongballintoacoupagainforadifferentoutcome.Forexample,if
aparticipant’spingpongballlandsinthecupforthesevenofclubs,butalreadyhasasevenofclubson
theircardsheet,theparticipantwillhavetobouncethepingpongballagain.
ParticipantswillberequiredtoturninallcompletedcardsheetsattheFinalDestinationby4PMon
Saturday,August20,2016tobeeligibleforprizes.Prizeswillbeawardedbetween4PMand5PM

duringtheEndoftheFunRunPartyatMarinaDelReyinKingston,OK.Anylatecardsheet
submissionswillbedisqualified.
TheBurnin’AsphaltFunRunisnotatimedcontestorarace.Therearenoprizesawardedforspeedor
totheparticipantwhocompletesthecoursefirst.Besafe.Ifyouaredrivingobservealltrafficlawsand
beadefensive,courteousmotorist.Alltrafficlawsmustbefollowed.
TheBESTHANDgrandprizeof$1025.00(onethousandtwenty-fivedollars)willbeawardedtothe
participantwiththehighesthand,asdefinedbystandardhandrankingsbelow.Fivecarddesignations
willbeusedtobuildahandandNO“wild”cardsareallowed.

willbeusedtobuildahandandNO“wild”cardsareallowed.

SingleAcescountaslow-belowatwo
Iftwo(2)ormoreparticipantsholdthehighestorlowesthand,thewinnerwillbedeterminedbya
randomdrawingfromthoseparticipants.
Anycardsheetsmarkedbypersonsotherthandesignatedfunrunofficialswillbedisqualified.
Allnon-winningparticipantsmaybeeligibletowinotherdoorprizesattheEndofTheFunRunParty.
Prizesarenon-transferable.
EntrantsmustbeUnitedStatescitizensorlegalresidents.
EmployeesofAlphaMediaandtheirfamilies,AlphaMediasubsidiariesandemployeesofother
OklahomaandTexasRadioStationsareineligibletoregisterand/orwin.

Thesponsors,theirparentcompanies,subsidiaries,affiliates,andagents,employees,partners,
officers,directors,shareholders,attorneys,successorsandassigns(hereinreferredtoas“Related
Parties”)assumenoliabilityorresponsibilityforanyprizeonceitisawarded,oranydamage,lossor
liabilityarisingfromparticipationintheevent,awards,acceptanceoruseofprizes,andcontest
winnersagreetoreleaseandholdharmlesstherelatedpartiesagainstanyandallclaimsofliability
arisingdirectlyorindirectlyfromtheeventorprizes,theuseofcontestwinner’sname,voice,photo,
biographicalinformationand/orlikenessinconnectiontherewith,andanypersonalinjury(including
death)to,ordamagetopropertywhichmayariseinconnectionwiththisevent,theprizesortheiruse.
General Conditions. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the fun run is
impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, regularly
scheduledmaintenance,virusorothertechnicalproblem,AlphaMediamanagementmay,intheirsole
discretion, either: (a) suspend the fun run to address the issue and then resume the fun run in a
mannerthatbestconformstothespiritoftheseOfficialRules;or(b)cancelorreschedulethefunrun.
Alpha Mediareserves the right to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry
process or the operation of the fun run or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate
operation of the fun run may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should an attempt be
made,AlphaMediareservestherighttoseekdamagesfromanysuchpersontothefullestextentof
the law. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that
provision.
WinnersmustpresentofficialrepresentativeswithavalidPictureI.D.beforeprizeswillbeawarded.If
applicable,winnermustfilloutaw-9formtoreceivea1099formattheendoftheyear&willbe
responsibleforanyandallapplicablefederal,state,orlocaltaxes.
ParticipantsagreetoabidebythetermsoftheseofficialrulesandbythedecisionsofAlphaMedia
managementwhicharefinaloverallmatterspertainingtotheBurnin’AsphaltFunRun.
AlldecisionsbytheBurnin’AsphaltFunRunjudgesarefinal.
AllRulesSubjectToChangewithoutNotice.Anychangeswillbecomeeffectiveonceannouncedor
