Friday - Saturday – Sunday 2-3-4th October – model training / city races / Trip Tremiti Island
Monday 5th October - night sprint city race – Vico del Gargano – first start 19.00.
Party and music after the race in the main square.
Tuesday 6th October – middle distance – Forest Umbra – first start 15.00
Wednesday 7th October – classic distance - Forest Umbra – first start 11.00
Thursday 8th October – middle distance – beach forest - Foce di Varano/Ischitella - first start 11.00
Friday 9th October - sprint race – Peschici - first start 9.00 (on required 8.oo for those are interesting to fly
from Rome to Stockholm because of 25-manna; British Airways flight (17.05) via London to Stockholm (23.35).

All competitors take part in the competition at their own risk.
Organizer only provides basic medical help at the Finish area. Competitors are not insured by organizer.
