Living in St. Petersburg in 1976 and formerly working at WLCY-AM-FM Radio I became actively engaged with the Pinellas
County Democratic Party during the Presidential election year in which Jimmy Carter was elected President and the National Democratic Party was changed forever. In that year Homosexuals and Pedophiles from the Tampa Bay area wanted to
sponsor a statewide bill to give them the right to adopt young children to groom them for their lifestyle. Their actions created
a Hell-storm in Florida and greatly alienated America into two camps - overnight key ranking Democratic Senators and Florida Legislators jumped ship to the Republican Party carrying with them a conservative agenda not willing to lose re-election
and their seniority in the Florida Legislature.
As history progressed this small minority - approximately 6% of the total population commandeered the Florida and national
Democratic party after a court ruling revoking the ban Florida legislators enacted to stop them . Florida was the only state
with a law prohibiting gay men and lesbians — couples and individuals — from adopting children.
The Legislature voted to prohibit adoptions by gay men and lesbians in 1977, in the midst of a campaign led by the entertainer Anita Bryant to repeal a gay rights ordinance adopted by Dade County. In 2005, the United States Supreme Court
refused to hear a challenge to the Florida law.
Some states, like Mississippi and Utah, effectively bar adoptions by same-sex couples through laws that prohibit adoption
by unmarried couples. Arkansas voters passed a similar measure this month.
The ruling allowed Frank Martin Gill, 47, a gay man from North Miami, to adopt two foster children whom he has raised
since 2004. “Our family just got a lot more to be thankful for this Thanksgiving,” Mr. Gill said in a news release issued by the
American Civil Liberties Union, which represented him.
Robert Rosenwald, director of the LGBT Advocacy Project of the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida and one of the
lawyers on the case, said, “The case means that these two boys won’t be torn from the only home that they’ve ever known,”
said.
The state presented experts who argued that there was a higher incidence of drug and alcohol abuse among same-sex
couples, that their relationships were less stable than those of heterosexuals, and that their children suffered a societal stigma.But Lawyers for Mr. Gill presented evidence contradicting those contentions, which Judge Lederman found persuasive.
“It is clear that sexual orientation is not a predictor of a person’s ability to parent,” she wrote. Mr. Rosenwald called the decision a huge victory for gay and lesbian parents and for almost 1,000 children in Florida waiting to be adopted.
Since that time the Florida government has been dominated by Homosexuals and Pedophiles who have served in positions
of trust under Black-Mail situations of being outed prompting serious changes to American society - they did so with help
from Republicans eager to control the Democratic Party by actors such as Mel Sembler a Republican fund-raiser who fled
the state of New Jersey on the heels of a criminal indictment for pedophilia type drug treatment programs for teenagers
addicted to drugs promoting forced oral sex in a program in which Sembler’s staff doctors were actually former patients with
no medical training or degrees.
Sembler who is backing the current Mayor of St. Petersburg for re-election raised $20 Million Dollars for George
Bush, Sr. for protection from prosecution money and upon his arrival in St. Petersburg set up S.T.R.A.I.G.H.T his
outlawed drug program and enlisted Charles Crist father - then Superintendent of schools in Pinellas County into
going along and supporting his programs. Crist who According to Max Linn a former Republican candidate for
Florida Governor and high school friend of Charlie Crist, believed that Charlie Crist had been through Sembler’s
S.T.R.A.I.G.H.T program and had been converted to a homosexual lifestyle. Charley Crist was subsequently appointed as Commissioner of Florida Education and then Attorney General of Florida before being endorsed and
promoted as Florida’s Governor by Jeb Bush. During his time in Tallahassee Crist was a roommate with Mark Foley, the Congressman who was forced to resign after charges of soliciting sex from young male pages.
In 2006 I investigated Max’s allegations as Crist was a candidate for governor and I determined after much investigation
and interviewing witnesses who personally knew Charlie and his gay lover Zachery D***** That Crist was a closet homosexual and met Zack when he was 17 years old and defended him as his attorney and sprung him on several D.U.I.’s the
homosexual community in Tampa Bay was afraid to speak out against Crist and his pro-family political stance because as
“one dive shop owner put it” - Crist was a powerful man and after-all he was Attorney General of Florida..

Allegations of abuse at Straight, Inc.
In 1976, Sembler and his wife founded Straight, Inc., an adolescent drug treatment program which has treated more than 12,000 addicts. The group now operates as the Drug Free America Foundation.
In May 1983, Straight, Inc was convicted of false imprisonment after being sued by then 20-year-old
Fred Collins Jr, who alleged he had been held captive by the program against his will. The program was ordered to pay $40,000 in compensatory and $180,000 in punitive damages.
In 1990, a jury awarded Karen Norton $721,000 in damages due to mistreatment by Straight. In
1982, while a patient in Straight’s Florida facility, Norton alleged that staff members assaulted her, and denied
her health care.
It has been suggested that licensing for Straight’s Florida-based programs had been renewed under pressure from Sembler on state senators.In 2003, the International Survivors Action Committee filed a complaint with the United Nations against Melvin Sembler in connection with his work
with Straight, claiming “crimes against humanity”. The complaint was dismissed on jurisdictional
grounds as the United States had not agreed to the United Nations jurisdiction on such matters
under article 22 of the United Nations Convention Against Torture.
Sembler’s Drug Free America Foundation continues to campaign for hard-line drug policy. Former
Governor Jeb Bush of Florida, the brother of President George W. Bush, Former Drug Enforcement
Administration Administrator Karen Tandy, and Congressman Dan Lungren of California are on the
advisory board.
Between 2004 and 2006, a spike in media attention was generated regarding both Sembler directly, as well as Straight, Inc. Several news articles were published covering a lawsuit filed by Sembler and his wife against Richard “Ray” Bradbury. On May 3, 2003, Bradbury, a former patient at
Straight, had posted a classified ad in the St. Petersburg Times offering for sale a penis pump, which he
alleged he found in Sembler’s trash.
Bradbury had previously been convicted in 1988 of breaking and entering property owned by Straight, Inc.
Bradbury later offered the pump for auction on E-bay along with a copy of a cease and desist demand letter
from Mr. Sembler’s attorney, which Bradbury claimed testified as to the pump’s authenticity. Sembler filed
for and was granted a temporary injunction that ordered the removal of the E-Bay auction and return of said
pump to Sembler’s possession on August 26, 2003. Sembler and his wife filed a lawsuit against Bradbury,
claiming invasion of privacy, but dropped the suit on December 28, 2006. In January 2007, a permanent
injunction barring Bradbury from coming within 1000 feet of the Semblers or their attorney was entered in
Pinellas County, Florida.
THE CASE AGAINST THE FLORIDA DEMOCRATIC PARTY LEADERSHIP
ENGAGING IN ELECTION FRAUD PUTTING PEDOPHILES IN LEADERSHIP POSITIONS
Back in 1976 when I was actively engaged as a volunteer campaign worker in the Pinellas County Democratic
Party first assigned to Chamberlin’s campaign for state legislature and then the DEC asked me to serve on the
staff of Roosevelt “Rocky” Jones a black man who was a candidate for State Insurance Commissioner. It was in
Jones campaign that I discovered the true agenda was to promote a homosexual agenda to adopt young children by homosexuals and overtake the Democratic Party as Jones was openly homosexual. I am not nor
have ever been a homosexual and I am firmly against sexual perversion.
It was through Jones and his associates that I met former radio personality Chuck Harder who operated Beacon film Labs in Tampa a Porn factory. That same year their friends and associates in the Tampa Bay area
sponsored legislation to make homosexual adoption of young boys legal. The issue galvanized the citizens of
Florida against them and gave rise to legislation banning that act and was later overturned by the courts and
sent the issue spiraling into mainstream America for open debate.
Chuck Harder the former WLS Disc jockey was later sponsored by the Republican Party to host a national radio
program against the Democratic party and President Bil Clinton’s agenda. Harder operated out of White Springs,
FL on the Georgia-Florida line and secured millions in contributions before he shut down. I was interviewed
on his nationally syndicated underground militia radio show two times and ceased all communications with his
group after the Oklahoma City bombing. In fact, Terry Nichols one of the bombers called in to speak with me
while I was on the air on Harder’s show. Harder’s show promoted domestic terrorism and insurrection in the
United States and at the time I was supplying the F.B.I. with the involvement of certain individuals and groups
who were engineering the downfall of our system and spreading false lies and rumors through nationally telecast shows, not unlike that of Karl Rove’s operations.
It is well known that the Bush family and their supporters have always been in control of Florida’s Democratic
Party and have been involved in drug smuggling and money laundering for Israel and themselves. In fact Karen Thurman the former Democratic Congresswoman and Chairman of Florida’s Democratic Party at a salary of
$100,000 per year was also on the full-time payroll of Al Cardenas a big-time Republican fund raiser manipulator in the state of Florida from Miami.
In the outlying areas of Florida -every four years there is a primary election in which DEC members are elected
on the ballot. Most would be candidates are told the slots are already taken and the Republican Supervisor of
Elections signs off on it Bay County Supervisor Mark Andersen did so and admitted it to me under questioning
and they cover up rigged financial reports of the Democratic Party and this is A criminal Act. In reality a majority of DEC slots are appointed by the head of the local party who operates for Dixie Mafia gangsters in the
Republican Party some who are now under current criminal indictment for embezzling millions from the financial institutions they ran and who purposefully kept the numbers in the DEC low to control the groups and the
candidates they select. Many of the DEC members are Pedophiles like Virgil Duffell. I found this to be
true in Bay County and other counties in 2008 when I ran for Clerk of Court in the General Election.
DEC chairman Alvin Peters the former long-time Bay County DEC Chairman hand picked people with criminal
records, people who were willing to bow to any demands and who were blackmail-able. One such case was that
of Dr. Lester Alonzo Strickland a fake title assumed by a Montgomery, Alabama resident who lived part-time on
Panama City Beach. Strickland falsely professed to be a federal court bankruptcy referee was caught stealing a
can of “Deodorant” from the 15th Street Winn Dixie store in Panama City and had a bribe of $2500.00 paid for
him to 14th Judicial Circuit State Attorney Jim Appleman to make it go away. Former DEC member and Florida
“Ethics Commission Vice-Chairman Jimmy Barr” intervened with the bribe to keep Strickland from
going to jail and keep him on the DEC despite theft being a crime of moral turpitude which disqualifies a person from holding any public office. Most people don’t get it - this is the way Organized
Crime works. Barr interceeded with me in 1993 to keep Strickland’s case from being investigated by the “Cash
Register Justice Grand jury” at the time investigating 1700 cash payoffs, bribes and shakedowns in the 14th
Judicial Circuit by cops and prosecutors. Lucy Morgan of the St. Pete Times and other national media
reported the bribe story which I was instrumental investigating and bringing to public exposure.
Barr worked for Joe Chapman a local banker-gangster whose People’s First was taken over by the feds and
whose mother Gladys Chapman was the Supervisor of Elections who rigged elections in Bay County nearly 30
years for democrats until her death. In reality a Florida DEC that should be comprised of 135 members based
upon population usually winds up with 26 members like Bay County did, who are easily controlled. When the
Democratic party has a get together for publicity purposes they invite the Black Church ministers and their congregations and give each minister one vote as a DEC member at large. This is the Party that likes to Party
money from contributions does not go to candidates it goes to parties where much booze and food
is consumed by hundreds of blacks, pedophiles and unsavory people giving Democrats a bad image.

It’s a well known historical fact that when governments and dictatorships topple it is usually brought about by a
demand from the people for a restoration of law and order, including social moral order. A government which
looks the other way in the case of extra-judicial murders, rampant corruption, now commonplace in America,
largely due to infiltration of unsavory individuals into state houses and leadership positions in the United States
Congress has placed America on the brink of Civil War and insurrection.
I’ve seen this up close and personal in the days leading up to domestic terror attacks in the early and mid 90’s.
But most of that was conjured up by underground media hype which was untrue and the actual terror acts were
not carried out by a large group of disgruntled citizens but by Ku-Klux-Klan people manipulated by right wing
actors including the Counter-Intelligence Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation operating under an
agenda of orders set by then President George Herbert Walker Bush.
The people who actually smuggled, sold drugs and guns to street gangs in LA and other cities we now call “The
Enterprise”, were the low class criminals and racists, the back woods Tim McVeigh’s and Terry Nichols type
people who actually believed Chuck Harder, Rush Limbaugh, Pat Buchanan and others that black helicopters
and Bureau Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms agents were out to kill them, a dry run false flag exercise ending
in the deaths of many people.
The man who took me to White Springs to be a guest on Harder’s radio show was underground Militia General
Joe Burton a disabled former truck driver from Atlanta whom I later told in 96 I’d have him killed if they used
the stolen U.S. Navy stinger’s to shoot down a commercial airliner. Burton and his associates were holding
all but two of the stingers at a secret location in Washington County, Florida. The other two stingers, according to a trusted source were flown to the Red Bank, New Jersey area in a Cessna owned by Liberty Airlines
an Iran-Contra affiliate owned by New Jersey Gangster and Porn Producer Anthony Arnone business partner
to front page Pedophile DEC member Virgil Duffell, Arnone was the owner of Southern Security Specialists a
U.S. Navy security contractor who then resided at Spanish Lake Estates in Washington County, Florida.
But it happened a few months later anyway with flight 800 being shot down and while we were out in the woods
discussing the buy back of those stingers I didn’t know how closely Joe Burton was working with the Florida
Department of Law Enforcement “to take me out” as I knew they were giving protection to the Klan, but the
next morning Washington County Sheriff Danny Hasty telephoned me for an urgent meeting to tell me face to
face as we drove down deserted dirt back-roads that agents of the “Florida Department of Law Enforcement”
showed up at his office at 8:00 A.M. to let him hear the tapes they made with directional long range microphones hiding in the woods of the meeting between Burton and myself the day before. Militia members wanted
their power to become more apparent to the American public after the Oklahoma City bombing on April 19,
1995 to celebrate Adolph Hitler’s birthday which was actually the next day on April 20.
Since it was Sheriff Hasty’s jurisdiction where the meeting took place the F.D.L.E. wanted him to arrest me for
terrorism, but Hasty knew the F.D.L.E. and State Attorney James Appleman were working for the Klan since
renamed the Northwest Florida Horseman’s Association. He also knew that I was working at the time for the
Dothan, Alabama, FBI to buy those stingers and he knew that the week of my arrest for stalking in October
1993 three years earlier I had just been cleared by Jeanne Armstrong of N.C.I.S. At Naval Coastal Systems,
Panama City Beach to find the stingers and stolen AR-15’s. Hasty was an honest Sheriff and he saved my ass
more than once. He also knew that Tim McVeigh the Oklahoma City bomber was hanging out in Washington
County, Florida before he bombed the federal building killing 168 people and injuring 680 more in April 1995.
The Klan renamed itself after the Southern Poverty Law Center sued them for their Washington County property holdings in Chipley, Florida that amounted to several million dollars.
Believe me this is not hap-stance, conjecture or off-the-wall conspiracy - it’s an actual stepped plan to make
America a third world nation by dissolving our government into a Libertarian cesspool of corruption - all over
money. It is very real since 9/11 which was part of a master plan now documented in federal court in a case by
Lloyd’s of London, the insurance carrier obligated to pay those claims from the Trade Center attacks.
Over the last 3 years I’ve traveled the nation to check the pulse of dissatisfaction, homelessness, anger, hatred
and hunger for revenge and I’m reporting the issue most likely will not be solved unless there is bloodshed.
Apparently around the bend unless American’s regain control of rights and privileges we lost by design before
9/11 of those choosing our political candidates, rigging elections and turning America into a Police State. Most
if not all those politicans floated to the top being groomed from the sewer running beneath our feet and news
headlines like the following anger people who feel powerless and disenfranchised from their government.

An organizer for a Rudy Giuliani presidential event plans to step down amid revelations of his arrests for
allegedly extorting an FSU student in a sex case and his conviction for dealing in stolen state computers.
Barry S. Edwards, 45, told The Miami Herald that the charges against him were ‘’old news’’ --- and were
‘unfounded’ in the student sex case -- but he nevertheless thought it would be best to withdraw from the
Pinellas County Republican Party fundraiser because ``I’m not relevant and I shouldn’t be the story.’’
The two criminal incidents involving Edwards were unrelated, and occurred within months of each other in
1998. According to a Florida State University arrest affidavit: Edwards was first charged after a 19-yearold FSU political science intern claimed Edwards, then an adjunct professor, plied him with beers, trolled
briefly for prostitutes, watched ‘’heterosexual’’ pornography and then exhorted him to masturbate in a game.
The intern said Edwards threatened him with bad grades if he didn’t ‘’get into it.’’ He declined to press
charges. Edwards said the claims were ‘’lies’’ but he didn’t ‘’want to revisit it.’’ Edwards was fired from FSU.
