ABOUT EXHIBITION
Afu Expo; the only Flower, Landscape, City ‐ Municipality and Environment Technologies Exhibition was accomplished
in the world's fastest growing country, Azerbaijan with leading participants in the sector from 12 different countries
on March 12‐14, 2015.
Organized by the cooperation of Atılım Fairs and ElanExpo, Afu Expo was held on March 12‐14 at Baku Expo Center with
6.800 visitors and 156 participants from 12 countries, notably from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Italy, Spain, Holland, Germany,
Belgium, Colombia, Malaysia and France. 620 B2B meetings were performed as the result of Match Making (B2B)
works which was conducted by professional team of Atilim Fairs and Elan Expo.
AfuExpo is the unique platform with exclusive participants to meet the needs in the fields of flower and landscaping as
well ass the urban furniture and city equipments. Due to 2015 Baku European Games' good impact on building,
landscape and urban sector; forty percent of AfuExpo participants have concluded their agreements for AfuExpo 2016.
AfuExpo 2015 has provided exhibitors golden oppurtunities in Azerbaijan where environment and landscape designes
continues with full blast. Many exhibitors have left Azerbaijan with new partnerships and business oppurtunities.
AfuExpo 2015 was held more than 156 brands' participation from 12 different countries in 10.000 sqm area and next
year will be held on March 10‐12, 2016 at Baku Expo Center.

ABOUT EXHIBITION
The Official Opening Ceremony of Afu Expo was held with the attendance of many
government officials, businessmen and corporations
Afu Expo Press Conference was held on March 11 at Baku Four Seasons Hotel with the attendance of Az Tv, ATV,
TRT, Space, Ictimai Tv, Ses Tv, Novosti.az, Trend.az, Modern.az, Qafqazpress, Bakı Xeber, Azertag and Apa channels
and many precious press member. Afu Expo Press Conference, which was publicised of exhibition, local and
international companies, was completed with big interest of media.
The opening of exhibition was effectuated with support and honouring of Municipality Authorities and sector
professionals. Government officials, local authorities, sector delegates, V.I.P businessmen, who were invited to
opening ceremony, visited the exhibitors and it played a big role of sector publicity as well as to create new
connections on the international platform.
The Banquet Night in Holiday Inn Hotel was occured with local and international companies' participation that
allowed to get to know each other in a pleasent atmosphere.

PRINTED MEDIA
Advertising works had done on sectoral magazines and Azerbaijan newspapers
with wide circulation. Press releases were distributed to media institutions
throughout Baku and nearby cities. In Turkey, distribution of press releases and
advertising works on sectoral magazines had done.
Advertising works, 70 spots, were featured on ATV, ANS TV and AZ TV, the most
popular channels of Azerbaijan with and 28 spots subtitled on the most watched
newscasts.
OUTDOOR ADVERTISEMENTS
• In Baku, Ganja, Nakhichevan and Quba 100 outdoor advertisements done as
Billboards Posters and Led Screen.
• In Baku and nearby cities outdoor advertisements done in most crowded places,
busiest streets, bridges and buildings’ wall located in busiest roads.
• Led screen monitor advertisements done at the Baku Airport as 8.700 spots.

ONLINE ON WEB
Banner broad casts on news portals, which the related sectors
proffessionals follow closely, sending mails to there lated target
population and news operations were made on the hit rated web‐
sites.
RADIO ADVERTISEMENTS
250 spots commercials were broadcasted on most popular radio
channels of Azerbaijan, especially on newscasts.

MATCH MAKING
Professional B2B meetings were arranged to exhibitors related their sectors by force of Match‐Making
system which is conducted by us professionally. This system helped the exhibitors to achive beneficial
results and find reliable business partners. 620 B2B meetings had done during the exhibition.
•80.000 professional e‐mailing sent
•74.000 invitations are distributed in Baku, Ganja, Nakhichevan,
Shirvan, Lankaran, Shamkir and Quba.
•1200 VIP invitations are delivered to sectoral professionals and
Government Authorities
•65 units roll‐up advertisements were done in the city centers, Five Star
Hotels and municipalities.
•Afu Expo attracted a great attention by international participants and
visitors at the sectoral exhibitions where handed out of brochures.
