When the Delhi Sultanate was established Indian food and music developed their
distinctive qualities, exotic dishes of the Persian Court combined with the Indian
Spices to produce the unique and world famous combinations.
Our food is of the highest quality, prepared in the traditional Bangladeshi and Indian
style, whenever possible we only use natural, fresh herbs and spices.
To the peoples of the east hospitality is synonymous with good food, we are careful to
preserve this tradition.
