VIVIENNE SHREIBER
Emily Batiya moved to Gainsborough Greens with
husband Tunga and their one-year-old son Tian.
They had been living in Ipswich since moving to
Australia from Zimbabwe and wanted to experience
a ‘different environment’.
Vivienne Schreiber moved from the Sunshine Coast
to the Gold Coast, seeking an address that offered
plenty to see and do, with friendly neighbours and
a good family environment for her young nephews.
“The Gold Coast was our main choice
and when we were looking for a
house I found Pimpama and thought
‘I love this place, I don’t want to go
anywhere else!’ ”
“We really enjoy the community events, like the wine
tasting evening. It’s a great opportunity to meet
neighbours and socialise – the people have been
really welcoming.”

Sarah and Tom had originally been looking to buy
in Coomera but said they preferred the atmosphere

Gainsborough Greens is a hit with singer-songwriter
Teale Jakubenko, who married wife Shanenne
at the Gainsborough Greens Golf Club in April 2012.
The couple are now planning to build their dream
home, after securing a homesite in the Terrace
Green precinct.
“We were looking for a cul de sac block and we were
absolutely thrilled when we found the perfect one
in Green Park. It’s the perfect fit for our current lifestyle
and our plans for the future.
“At Pimpama, we are out of the
city rush and traffic but still close
enough to both Brisbane and the
Gold Coast where we travel daily
for work, family and friends.”
“At the end of our working day, we are just
a short drive from our quiet retreat. We just can’t
wait to get home.”
“We already have so many positive
memories here.”
“When we decided to build a new home on the Gold
