Hello Ms. Mason:
Based on your reply, I will use for clarity on our correspondence “…EPA (for Casey Stores)” and in our
organization’s records. Further, I understand that Casey Stores’ EPA has no organizational connection
with the United State Environmental Protection Agency in the federal government. It this is not true,
please correct me.
Have a fine day…

Good Morning Ms. Teri Mason:
I am reviewing information that my permitting specialist, Mrs. Craig, provided me. I read from Casey’s
application for store 3386 09-0140-01 68601 that you are an “EPA Assistant” and Ms. Jill Reams-Widder
is “Director of EPA.” Will you tell me what “EPA” in the Casey’s stores arena means? We deal with
USEPA regularly and I want to make a distinction for my managers when my information is reviewed.
Awaiting your reply.

The public notice period will be at least 45 days from the publication date which I don’t know that date
until the draft has been reviewed.

I received your attached construction permit application.
There are some items missing that I need before I can proceed with the permitting process:
1. Are these existing gasoline dispensing tanks?
2. If these are existing, when were they installed?
3. If they are not existing, what is the expected date of installation?
4. I have to have item #11 completed on the APC 114 application.
What is the expected maximum monthly throughput (gallons) and the average yearly
throughput? Give me your biggest estimate because these numbers go into the permit and
cannot be exceeded at any time.
Thanks!
