Reservation: Das vorgesehene Datum reservieren wir für 10 Tage bis Datumsbestätigung.
Annullation: Bei Stornierung einer Veranstaltung kurzfristiger als 10 Tage vor Anlassdatum behalten wir uns das
Recht vor, Annullationskosten im Rahmen von 30% zu verrechnen. Bei Stornierung bis 2 Tage vor
Veranstaltungstermin erhöhen sich die Kosten auf 50%
Gäste-/ Garantiezahl: Änderungen in Bezug auf die Gästezahl sind bis 72 Stunden vor Veranstaltungsbeginn
möglich. Diese Zahl dient auch als Berechnungsgrundlage.
Zahlungsziel: Das Zahlungsziel ist 10 Tage nach Erhalt der Rechnung, Bar oder per EC/Kreditkarte am Tag der
Veranstaltung.
MwSt: Unsere Preise verstehen sich inklusive Mehrwertsteuer. Caterings ohne Mitarbeiter werden mit 2,5 % Mwst.
und mit Mitarbeitern mit 8,0% Mwst. verrechnet.
Gerichtstand Zürich - Es kommt schweizerisches Recht zur Anwendung.
