PV 1642
The vest has a ballistic collar, special shoulder
pads, back, chest and sides protection with
front-overlapping Velcro. This vest has been
adopted also by other advanced armies in the
world. Standard protection level is V50 450
m/sec, but can be produced to user's request
up to level IIIA per N.I.J. standard.
This vest has been designed to meet their
specifications. Human engineering factors such
as comfort, flexibility, ventilation, threat protection
level, weight, and vital parts to be protected are
all taken into consideration. Available in
protection levels from I up to IIIA per N.I.J.
standard. Option: anti-trauma plate inserted into
the vest front.

BA 1021
Lotar (for Interior Anti-terror units)
The vest was designed for Special Forces,
police, anti-terrorist units, security forces and
commando. The vest is equipped with a wide
range of pouches for ammunition, pistol,
grenades, handy -talkie, handcuffs etc. Ballistic
panel made of semi-rigid composite material to
stop 9 mm Parabellum at 420 m/sec (IIIA).
With additional lightweight body-shaped rigid
ceramic plate of special mosaic construction
inserted in the vest front, it stops 7.62 mm or
5.56 mm ammunition.

Police Special Units Type
Multipurpose vest, designed to carry special
equipment for a wide range of missions. The vest is
produced from level I up to IIIA per N.I.J. standard.

Ceramic Plates
Insertion of these composite ballistic ceramic
plates in pockets provided in the ballistic vest
upgrades the vest threat protection level. Can
be supplied in various sizes, to provide level III
or IV per N.I.J. (to stop 5.56 mm or 7.62 mm
AP bullets).

Flak Jacket for Infantry (BWB Type)

U.S. PASGT Vest
U.S. army, NATO, U.N. and other armed forces
adopted this vest as a standard item for their
paratroopers, infantry etc. Light weight, provides
upper torso protection, high collar, neck and

N.I.J. standard.

Multi-Purpose Vest.
This multipurpose vest designed to be used in
many types of tasks and situations: riot, police,

Undergarment Vest
This vest is in use by undercover policemen,
security agents, bodyguards, VIP’s and civilians
needing protection. Six adjustable elastic straps
allow the user maximum freedom and
ventilation. Removable ballistic panels allow the
sheath to be laundered.

Anti- Terrorist Flak Jacket
IDF type vest with integral pouches for rifle
magazine, hand and smoke grenades, first-aid
kit, water canteen etc. This combination of battle
harness as an integral part of the bulletproof vest
allows the user to act in special operations. This
item is tailor-made according to the user's needs.

Tactical Vest

Forces. The vest provides protection to shoulders,

HR 5 EOD Bomb Disposal Suit
The HR5 EOD Bomb Disposal Suit is a new, state-of-the-art, up-armoured version of the HR4
Bomb Disposal Suit, which has been in use for many years in dozens of countries worldwide.
The HR5 provides the highest level of protection of
any bomb suit currently manufactured, while at the
same time offering maximum comfort and flexibility to
the operator.
The ballistic levels and materials used in the various
components of the HR5 EOD Bomb Disposal Suit are
tested and evaluated to the full quality assurance
standard laid down by the appropriate Government
organizations.
The suit consists of the following separate items,
which collectively make the completed garment.

All the ballistic inserts used in the HR5 EOD Bomb
Disposal Suit are made of waterproof-treated Kevlar
HT, which is enclosed, in a special water-resistant
and anti-ultraviolet membrane. The outer cover is
supplied in flame-retarding NOMEX III. In hot and
humid countries the HR5 EOD Bomb Disposal Suit
can be supplied in conjunction with the Cooling Suit.

Armoured EOD Helmet
The EOD helmet is made of a GRP skin with an elastomeric aramid core and is fully
adjustable to various sizes for perfect fit by means of the three point suspension and the
removable spacer pads that Velcro to the inside. The facility for a communication set
consisting of a headphone and microphone, plus extension lead for attachment to any VHF
radio transceiver, can be incorporated if required.
An
alternative
communications
system
comprising a headset, microphone, 100 metres of
cable and amplifier, for communication between
the operator and his controller, can also be
supplied. Also incorporated in the helmet is an air
ventilation system which direct the flow of forced
fresh air over the top of the helmet liner, across
the visor and down over the operator’s face
ensuring efficient demisting and clear view. The
addition of an anti-blast neck-guard to the bottom
front of the helmet closes any possible frontal gap
between helmet and collar.
Jacket
The jacket is a long-sleeved, side opening design filled with flexible Kevlar armour. Provision
is made on the front for the attachment of rigid chest and groin blast plates by means of
integral pockets with webbing and Velcro securing straps. Pouches for working tools, blower
and radio are attached to the front and back of the outer cover. The high collar provides
overlap protection to the helmet, visor and neck-guard. Immediate removal of the jacket is
achieved by use of the quick-release straps attached to the side and shoulder.
Trousers
The trousers have fully adjustable supporting braces and wide Velcro waistband catering for
small, medium and large sizes. Affixed to the front of the trousers is a flexible groin protector
retained in position by Velcro and elastic. At the rear of the legs a full length Velcro strip is
used in conjunction with the retaining straps to fix the articulated flexible armour in position.
The over boots are an integral part of the trousers and are held in position by Velcro, leather
and webbing straps.

Cooling Suit
The Cooling Suit is designed to offer a safe and cool environment for people who must
maintain a high level of efficiency and concentration under extreme heat. The system is
ideally suited for persons involved in bomb disposal and surveillance operations, as well as
personnel in non-air conditioned armoured vehicles, fire-fighters, mine workers, etc.
The cooling system uses ice water to remove body heat produced during strenuous work,
especially in hot environments. Made from fire retardant Kermel material. The cooling suit
also offers protection against heat and flash fireballs. Testing of the suit on the effects of overpressure, fragmentation, ballistics, body impact and heat wave shown this suit is suitable for
use under bomb suits, chemical suits and many other applications where body heat removal
is desirable.
The cooling suit comprises of one piece garment covering the upper body upper arms and
legs, as well as a close fitting open faced hood for head, a cooling pump and pouch, two
water bottles, battery pack and carrying bag. One size fits all.

These battles proven goggles have a V-50 of 850 feet
per second polycarbonate lens, suitable for demining,
as well as infantry and tank crew activities.
Roomy ventilated foam cushioned frame fits over

BALLISTIC VISORS
Our partner supplies and develops a variety of ballistic
visors for N.I.J. from level I to level IIIA, made to fit any
helmet, covering with years of good experience bullets
range from 17 grain projectiles up to .44 magnum,

magnum to 158 grain “Geco” at 425 meter per second.
