Integrated Leadership for Women™
Master your Personal Leadership through Conversation and Learning with other Women Leaders
“Effective leadership is more than mastering the marketplace and anticipating opportunities, maximizing profits and managing inventories.
True leadership enables people to realize their full potential and gives them the tools and freedom to achieve what had been thought impossible.
But before you can unlock the potential in others, you must first unlock it in yourself.”
– Dede Henley, Creator of the Integrated Leadership for WomenTM Program
WHY THIS PROGRAM?
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Women have enormous skill and talent—and yet our leadership abilities and
experience often remains untapped in organizations. What gets in the way?
To a certain degree, we do. Unwittingly, even highly successful women
described as powerhouses of strength, imagination, and creativity can limit
themselves— suppressing their authentic voice based on a mistaken belief
that this is required to be influential in their organization.
Nine three-hour sessions: Participants
meet once a month for approximately
three hours; each session focuses on a
specific area of leadership and is led by
Claire Simpkins, a certified leadership
development consultant and coach.
Integrated Leadership for Women invites women who have a number of
years’ management experience to clarify who they are when they are at
their best as a leader, identify the common traps women leaders often
find themselves in, and explore strategies to keep you anchored, adaptive
and resilient. The program focuses on building a critical foundation—a
foundation of personal mastery—so that you can fully use all of your
leadership skills and competencies.
Nine one-on-one coaching sessions: In
between each session, participants
receive one-on-one coaching to optimize
and sustain learning.
Through reflection and engaging conversations, you’ll clarify your purpose;
rekindle the power to choose; enhance inherent capabilities and deepen
your confidence to express more of your true self in the actions you take day
to day.

opportunity to apply their learning and
deepen their awareness of each principle
in their working environment and are
encouraged to meet with their learning
pod to support each other in staying
focused on applying what they have
learned.
WHY A WOMAN ONLY PROGRAM?
Research indicates that providing a
forum for women to discuss the unique
challenges they face produces greater
impact than a forum with both male and
female participants. It offers a safe,
supportive environment for sharing
experiences, taking risks and practicing
skills. The program also contains
specialized content for women leaders.

not only expanded my perspective on leadership but
helped further develop my abilities to be effective in
my profession and organization. I found Claire's
approach to facilitation to be insightful, empowering
and with good humour. I connected with amazing
women in very different sectors than my own, who
were looking to further develop their leadership
potential - staying connected with them as well as
Claire continues to be an important part of my
professional development.” - Jessica Thoms

“Claire challenged us to ask ourselves the hard
questions, leading us to gain insight into our own
leadership style, career aspirations, and personal
goals. Claire is particularly keen to see women gain
confidence in their skills, recognize their natural
talents, and transform their dreams into reality. I
would recommend Claire to those looking for
assistance in taking their leadership and their career
to the next level.” - Saskia Arnesen
“The women's leadership development program
that Claire facilitates provided me with the
framework and freedom to discover who I am as a
leader and supported me in having the courage and
conviction to lead from that place. As a result of the
program I have developed the awareness and the
tools to honour my Leadership Credo, which serves
to guide every decision I make. I highly recommend
Claire and the program she leads.”- Sandeep Sidhu,
“I saw mentoring between the women working
through the aspects of the program that would not
have happened before. I saw genuine sharing of work
issues and no glossing over short-comings or difficult
issues. I saw growth in every woman in my group –
in confidence, in the ability to share ideas, and in
follow-through. This HAS to be good for the
company!” – Barbara Revo
“Through this group coaching (and the one on
one coaching) I have tools to grow and thrive vs.
survive. Part of these tools are avoiding the seven
traps, embracing what I bring to the table and
recognizing and acknowledging our need to talk
through things to get clarity. I'm not sure I've ever
taken a class where I continued to refer to the
materials afterward as much as this one.” – Janet
Gaines
