 After the icebreaker session we started
to talk about general facts about
natural disasters like layers of the
earth, subduction, plate tectonics and
some physical principals
The whole group was split into 4 subgroups, in which we
prepared presentations about different themes regarding
natural disasters, their origins, repercussions and their
fatality
 different plate tectonics
 earthquakes, vulcanic eruptions
 Hurricanes and tornadoes
 droughts and desertification
 wildfires
 the finished presentations were held in new build
groups
 after each one we discussed their themes and talked
about the physics behind
 overall we learned in 12 presentations many things
about natural disasters
Wildfires are red
Typhoons may be blue
No one likes earthquakes
