Ephesians 3:20 says, “Now unto Him that is able to do
exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think,
according to the power that worketh in us.” Abundantly
above all that we ask or think is how I would describe
the Stand In The Gap one day Sharathon which was
held on June 2nd. As we looked at our “numbers” at the
last board meeting and projected the usual May/June
giving, we realized that we were going to be coming up
significantly short in our fiscal year end report.
Not knowing how you would respond, we set a goal
of $25,000, although the need was greater. It was an
awesome day and the response was very encouraging.
What an exciting day! Well, it didn’t end on June 2nd as
the special “Stand In The Gap” giving continued. As of
this writing, we are happy, THRILLED, to report that we
have received over $50,000 in Stand In The Gap donations. WOW! Thank you so much and PRAISE THE
LORD!
