CHILDREN OF VULNERABLE FAMILIES PROJECT
Finally the Day came and children of CVF Project
enthralled the audience with their colorful array of
performances like theatre play, action song, group
song and mime. Sharing by the mother whose two
children benefitted by the support from the project
was moving while sharing by CVF child
was
encouraging as it emphasized the efforts made by
the foundation in her life which could have been in
despair but for the role of IVF.
Children gave their best in giving expression to their talent and thoughts. Each participant
enriched the event with their colorful and enthusiastic performance albeit he/she came from
different schools. Yet, the Annual day united them. But the audiences had a wonderful time
traversing through the journey of IVF and appreciating each performance. All the hard work of
the Volunteers who had helped in putting together each presentations and subse3quent
rehearsals paid off as each performance won the hearts of everyone who was present. Those
parents who were present looked happy with their children’s performance on stage.

Grace Mission School
This month, even though admissions were closed by schools, two children from the difficult
circumstances were given the opportunity to pursue their formal education after the intervention
by the project staff. The children’s father is in prison and mother is a daily wage earner. She was
finding it difficult to look after the children along with searching a livelihood her herself. Our
sincere thanks to Grace Mission School for accommodating these children!
Adding Wings
Academic sessions of those pursuing higher education have already begun and our children are
enjoying their college life well. All of them were fascinated with their new friends, student
friendly environment, teachers and new learning experiences.
Rizwan, former student of Grace Mission School was helped to get
successfully enrolled for Auto Mobile Engineering at JKP
Polytechnic Sonipat, Haryana. He joined a short term certificate
program in Auto Mobile engineering after passing 10th class on
seeing his mother’s struggles. He started working in a workshop
after the short term course but found that due to the lack of
qualification he had few chances of promotion and financial
benefits. Since Rizwan is the eldest child in the family, the
foundation decided to support him with the goal to empower the
family including his siblings by upgrading his skills through this
course. All the best wishes to him!!!
