1. Site area: 240,000 sq m
2. Infrastructure and civil works include
• Reclamation wroks in Telegraph Bay and Waterfall Bay in
Pok Fu Lam to form the required land
• Carry out the ground treatment, associated earthworks and
slopeworks; construction of the culvert, drain systems and
the sewage treatment facilities, roadwork, and the linking
bridge connecting to existing Po Fu Lam road.
