Henry M. Kayes is Of Counsel
to Jenkins Fenstermaker’s Estate
Planning Practice Group. Mr.
Kayes is skilled at understanding
his clients’ Estate Planning needs
and utilizes a variety of Estate Planning tools to
further his clients’ objectives. In addition to Estate
Planning, Mr. Kayes also advises business owners
with respect to the creation of business succession
plans. Mr. Kayes graduated from Memphis State
University in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Economics. He received his J.D. in 1973 from
Memphis State University School of Law. Mr. Kayes
is admitted to practice law in West Virginia, Georgia
and Tennessee.

Rachel Perdue Turner is
an Associate in Jenkins

Practice Group. Ms. Turner’s
practice emphasizes the areas of
Estate Planning and Administration and corporate and
commercial law. Prior to joining Jenkins Fenstermaker
in 2008, Ms. Turner practiced law in New York with
the law firms of Sidley Austin and Covington &
Burling. Ms. Turner received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration and Accounting
from Washington and Lee University in 2001. In 2004,
Ms. Turner received her J.D. from Washington and Lee
University School of Law. Ms. Turner is admitted to
practice law in West Virginia and New York and is a
member of the Huntington Estate Planning Council.
Xavier W. Staggs is an Associate
in Jenkins Fenstermaker’s Estate
Planning Practice Group.
Mr. Staggs’ practice emphasizes
the areas of business services
and Estate Planning. Prior to joining Jenkins
Fenstermaker in 2014, Mr. Staggs managed a
business law firm in Washington D.C. Mr. Staggs
has spent his career representing individuals and
businesses ranging from sole proprietorships to
multi-national organizations. Mr. Staggs attended
Miami University, earning a degree in Accounting
and Management Information Systems. He possesses
a J.D. and M.B.A. from Ohio State University.
Mr. Staggs is admitted to practice law in Ohio,
West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
