1. Who do I contact with questions, concerns, etc.?

2. What’s the situation with respect to my electrical
and AV needs?
If you need a “standard outlet,” contact Laura to let her
know. It’s included in your exhibitor fees.
For complex power and/or AV needs, call Laura to arrange.
It will be a separate charge.
3. When can we begin setting up our booth?
Early set-up is on Wednesday, May 11 at Noon – 7:00 PM.
and so on. Their completed tickets will all be entered
into a drawing to win an iPad 2 to be awarded at the end of
the evening.
6. How many “exhibitor tickets” do I get?
You can register 4 attendees to work your booth online at
VMA.bz. Additional support staff must pay $15 prior to May
9 and $25 after May 9. Additionally, you will be given 25
complimenary tickets for your customers.
7. Where is the UCSF Mission Bay Conference Center?
Regular set-up is on Thursday, May 12 starting at 6:00 AM.
It is located in the William J. Rutter Center on the
UCSF Mission Bay Campus located between 3rd Street,
16th Street, and Freeway 280.
4. How do I get my materials to my booth?

You may ship your materials to the facility for arrival no
earlier than Tuesday, May 10.

Yes! There is a public parking garage adjacent to the William
J. Rutter Center. Parking fees are $3/hour up to 8 hours or
$24 for the day. Additionally there’s a lot across the street,
and a parking garage on 3rd Street across the Koret Quad.
9. What are the lunch options?
For heavy equipment or materials, you can arrange for
a drayage company to deliver directly to your booth.
Full day and half day attendees will be given a box lunch and
invited to participate in informal roundtable discussions
prior to the start of the 2nd keynote presentation.
Otherwise, all moving must be done by exhibitors.
There is no drayage company to help from UCSF
Mission Bay personnel.
Exhibitors have the option of purchasing the box lunch
for $30. Sponsor exhibitors are invited to join us at the
roundtable and will receive two box lunches.
We will make a couple of ladders and a dolly available
during the move in/out.
All Exhibitors must be set up by 8:00 AM.
Additionally, there are many options at the Mission Bay
campus including the Pub located at the Conference Center
as well as other food outlets located around the Koret Quad.
5. What’s being done to encourage attendees to
visit the booths?
10. Can we arrange to serve food or drinks at
our booth?
To begin with, this year all of the exhibitors have been
placed in strategic locations and traffic is encouraged by
the placement of seminars and keynote presentations.
Additionally, we have placed the food stations at Robertson
floor, as well as a bar in the Atrium at Robertson floor.
Beverages must also be purchased from the Conference
Center, OR you can purchase drink tickets to give away.

Yes, however, food must be individually wrapped, OR you
can purchase items from the Conference Center.
All sponsors will receive an added bonus of selecting a
time to demo their services or host a drawing that will be
announced throughout the building.
Sponsors will also be a part of our card stamp game, in
which attendees are encouraged to visit as many sponsor
booths as possible and have their “game card” stamped by
that exhibitor/sponsor. After they receive 5 stamps they
can redeem that card for a free drink. Then they can
earn an additional 5 stamps to earn another drink ticket

From the South Bay/San Francisco Airport, 101:
Mission Bay Garages
($3/hour or $24 for the day)
• Exit onto Vermont Street
• Turn right onto 16th Street and continue for 0.6 miles
(crossing the railroad tracks that are under the I-280 overpass).
• Turn left onto Owens Street.
From the South Bay/San Francisco Airport, 280:
• Exit at Mariposa Street and turn left.
• Turn right on Mississippi Street and go two blocks.
• Turn right onto 16th Street.
• Turn left onto Owens Street.
Directions from the North Bay/Golden Gate Bridge:
• After crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, drive east on 101
(Doyle Drive) towards downtown.
• Exit at Marina Blvd and follow Marina Blvd past Fort Mason.
• Turn left onto Bay Street.
• Turn right onto the Embarcadero, which will become King St.
• Turn left onto 3rd Street just past AT&T Baseball Park.
• Turn right on 16th Street.
• Turn right onto Owens Street.
Directions from the East Bay/Bay Bridge:
• Exit at Fifth Street, turn left onto Harrison.
• Go one block, then turn left on 6th Street.
• Turn right on Brannan.
• Turn left on 7th and go straight until 16th Street.

The T-Third Metro Line picks up at the 4th and
King Street Caltrain Station as well as the
Embarcadero BART station. The appropriate stop
is the UCSF Mission Bay Station on 3rd Street
opposite the campus. Find out more information

Agency and the T-Third street route.

Disembark at the “16th Street Mission” BART
station. From this point, pick up the Red Line
UCSF shuttle in front of the Burger King on the
North-East corner of the intersection. The shuttle
runs every 15 minutes and brings you to the
William J. Rutter Center (2nd stop). Find out
