Holiday Homes in Baiter Park Poole
Our two 2-bedroom self-catering holiday homes are located in a peaceful road in
Poole’s Baiter Park within the Poole Harbourside area; a large open grass area that
extends to the shoreline of Poole harbours with views across the harbour to the famous
Brownsea Island. Both houses are within walking distance of the Poole town centre and
Poole Quay with all its restaurants and bars.
Our two houses are a short drive from the many Poole and Bournemouth beaches. The
beaches include the award winning Sandbanks beach; Canford Cliffs and Branksome
Chine all of which are a short drive away. Bournemouth resort with its blue flag
beaches and plenty of attractions and facilities is 10 minutes drive away. The unspoilt
beaches at Studland can be accessed by the Sandbanks chain link ferry. The location is
an ideal retreat for young or older couples as well as families.
Both houses have been awarded a 4 STAR rating by the Quality In Tourism Board and
are subject to an annual inspection. They are one of only a few properties that have
been awarded a 4 Star rating in the Baiter Park area.

Both kitchens have - Cooker, Dishwasher, Washer, Fridge, freezer, Microwave etc.
The lounge/dining area has two leather sofas, a dining table & 4 chairs. A colour TV
with Freeview and DVD.
In the Taverner house, a door leads to a small private south facing paved patio area with
table & 4 chairs, plus BBQ. There is an enclosed parking space for an either a car,
and/or small boat, sailboard or cycles. Additional parking is available at the front.There
is a public launching ramp very close by.
In the Colbourne Close house, there is a small south facing conservatory with a small
area for sitting outside. Parking is reserved for one car with additional parking in
visitors places.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and built in wardrobes,
the other with two single beds and a cupboard. A Z-bed or additional mattress can be
provided on request for an additional child.
The bathroom in Taverner house has an electric shower over the bath with hand basin
and WC. The house in Colbourne house has a shower cubicle in place of a bath.
