What’s New in the eNeighborhoods CMA for WyldFyre 7?
1. WyldFyre 7 is now fully integrated with the eNeighborhoods suite of real estate
marketing tools, including CMA and Buyers Tour. Users can search the MLS and
find their comps in WyldFyre 7, then click on the CMA button at the top of the
screen. The eNeighborhoods CMA is launched and the comps are automatically
loaded into the CMA. Note that the user can access any of the eNeighborhoods
products, such as the agent Web Site, from this interface as long as they are
subscribing to the product.
2. After searching for and selecting the comparables, the user clicks on the CMA
button, and the eNeighborhoods CMA is launched. After auto-checking for any
updates to the program, the CMA Subject page is displayed. WyldFyre users will
find the new CMA interface familiar and easy to use. Note the navigation Tabs
across the top, for example. Clicking on the Client pull down Menu brings in
Client and Subject Property data from the WyldFyre contact database.
3. The Comps Tab has some useful new features to help the user select and display
all appropriate comps for the most complete CMA in the industry. New features
within the Comps Tab include:
a. A quick statistical summary appears at the bottom of the screen, giving the
user highs, lows, and averages for the list of comparables.
b. The “Show More Listings” button pulls in Sold Comparables from the
eNeighborhoods database. Appropriate comparables can then be check
marked to add to the list and may include MLS listings, FSBOs, and even
New Home Sales!

c. The Search MLS button allows the user to search the MLS from within the
CMA, but still use the WyldFyre 7 search screen.

the WF7
search screen
d. The Edit Listing button allows for more robust previewing and editing of
comp data. Navigation tabs across the top allow the user to easily edit
different components of the comp. Note how the photo view provides a
visual reminder for each specific property.
4. The Map Tab displays the Subject Property and the Comps within the most robust
real estate map interface on the market. The eNeighborhoods map allows the user
to demonstrate their knowledge of the neighborhood in a remarkable variety of
ways. The Comparables display as arrows, with each status represented by a
different color. A variety of features such as schools, parks, stores, museums,
hospitals, etc. will also display automatically. Clicking on a school will open a
window giving some basic information such as address, phone, and enrollment
data. Clicking on any of the comparable properties displays MLS or Tax data.
Comps from the MLS will display the property photo for a stunning visual effect!
5. Here’s another exciting new feature--clicking on the Aerial Button downloads an
aerial photograph of the Map area. The Combo button then overlays the Map data
on the Aerial image for a true “wow factor” during the users’ CMA presentation
to their clients and in the published CMA report.
6. The Adjustment Tab allows the user to perform adjustments on the Sold Comps,
or on the Subject Property, similar to the WyldFyre CMA. However the new
interface is simplified and much easier to use. Instead of a pre-defined and
unchangeable set of data fields, the user has the ability to select the data fields that
they want to make adjustments on from a pull down menu. In the example below
the “Pool” field has been added. This gives the user more control and flexibility
over the comp adjustments. And again, the property photo appears in the
adjustment screen for a helpful visual reminder.
7. The Net Sheet tab also features a simplified and easier-to-use interface. All
formulas can be edited beforehand in the Personal/ Formula setup menu. Saving
multiple net sheets is easier and does not require the user to close the CMA first
before creating new custom Net Sheets.
8. The Marketing Tab replaces the Calendar tab in older versions of the WyldFyre
CMA. The new Marketing Plan is a date-driven, “task list” planner that
automatically calculates when the various marketing activities should occur. The
proposed List Date drives the marketing plan. All tasks can be edited and set up to
occur on a Specific Date, a certain Day of the Week, or any number of Days from
the time the listing is taken! In the example below, the user has setup the “Input
Listing into MLS” activity to occur one day after taking the listing.
9. The Price Tab is a new feature that allows the user to focus on the potential list
price for the listing. The table shows the pertinent statistics for each status group
within the list of comparables. The user can manually enter a suggested list price,
or let the software calculate a suggested list price based on Square Footage for
any “Status Group” of comparables. Notice how the Sold status provides a choice
between the original Sold data or the “Adjusted” Sold data. In our example the
user has selected to use the Adjusted Sold data to take advantage of the
adjustments made in the previous screen.
10. The Present Tab represents not only a new feature, but also an entirely new
concept in preparing and Presenting CMAs to your clients. Once the user clicks
on the Present Tab, the software creates a professional-looking “slide show”
presentation that is great for walking a client through the entire CMA analysis.
The following screen shots highlight several, but not all, of the high-impact
screens the user’s client will see during the CMA presentation.
Agent “Resume Page” combines information and graphics in a sharp-looking and concise format.
The CMA Explanation page is one of many standard templates that add value to the presentation
The Comps are displayed individually with MLS data, Photo, plus School and Neighborhood info!
Attractive and colorful graphs highlight key market factors for the client.
Seller’s proceeds are clearly laid out in the Net Sheet.
Below are examples of some the templates that are built into the CMA presentation. These
templates add a dimension of professionalism to the user and help explain concepts that lead to
winning the listing and generating referral business.
11. In the new CMA the Print Tab has been replaced with the “Publish” tab. This
reflects the wide variety of ways the user can provide the CMA report to clients.
CMAs can be printed as hard copies or they can be printed to PDF format and
saved as files, burned to CDs, or emailed as attachments. From the Publish Tab
users can select from a variety of report formats, or create their own format from
all of the pages available. An impressive assortment of CMA themes and layouts
add to the flexibility of the final report, including Broker Branding.
