The crampon-compatible Cevedale Pro GTX ® Ws is a true all-arounder on alpine terrain. It takes on alpine climbing and
via ferrate just as well as mixed, high-alpine terrain up to 4,000 metres. This modern alpine boot will see further
improvements for Summer 2013. The Cevedale Pro GTX ® Ws combines LOWA’s asymmetrical upper construction
“FlexFit-Synchro” that allows the boot to move in tandem with the lower leg and the LOWA Flex-Technology that reduces
walking discomfort caused by stiff boot materials in the ankle and instep areas with its freely moving lace hooks and
loops. The result? Perfect comfort with optimal traction and a superior feeling on the smallest of holds.
New is the midsole “Guida Pro”, which has a TPU Climbing Zone in the toe area and provides extremely high edging
abilty. That offers advantages on alpine climbing routes with small holds as well as on via ferrate. A further improvement
is the use of the patented “I-Lock” locking hooks for securing the two-zone lacing system most comfortably. With just
one pull on the laces, the lacing system secures the entire ankle and instep area. Another quick press on the hook
loosens the lacing. The Cevedale Pro GTX ® Ws,
Ws which is also available in a men’s version, is made with the new

Vibram outsole “Dolent”. The waterproof GORE-TEX® lining provides optimal comfort. In response to customer

Highest levels of style upgrades
The stable and robust backpacking boot Tibet GTX ® has proved itself many times over on the toughest treks all over the
world and on countless multi-day alpine expeditions. The Tibet GTX ® is even quite at home on via ferrate. For the
Summer 2013 season this already technically mature high-end boot will be further improved with the highest level of
careful details. Now, being added is LOWA’s proprietary “I-Lock” locking hooks for securing the two-zone lacing system
most comfortably. With just one pull on the laces, the lacing system secures the entire ankle and instep area. Another
quick press on the hook loosens the lacing. Stability is provided by the traditional one-piece construction of 2.5 mm
nubuck leather. The LOWA “FlexFit” System allows an easy natural motion of the ankle. The waterproof GORE-TEX®
lining provides optimal comfort, and the edges of the upper and tongue are extremely soft. Only the highest-quality
materials are used. Further, the midsole construction has been perfected – now with even more support for an improved
roll-through. This boot, which is strap-on crampon compatible, is offered in a range of sizes and widths, with a last that
is somewhat wider overall in the forefoot and somewhat higher overall in the toebox. LOWA is again responsive to the
newest knowledge about feet gained from extensive scientific research and a series of foot measurements.

which minimizes tongue slippage. Achieve optimal heel positioning with the proprietary Lace Loop technology with freely

The detailed midsole construction increases stability and comfort, whilst the tread profile of the Vibram® outsole
“Apptrail” increases the surface contact area. Excellent grip is offered by the self-cleaning tread design and a
pronounced front heel edge provides best downhill traction.
