Trust Account on January 21, 2016. Successful bidder will sign a Real Estate Agreement providing full
cash settlement equal to 45% of purchase price on or before Mar 15, 2016. The buyer will enter into a
contract with sellers to make final settlement (45% of purchase price) on April 1, 2016. Successful bidders
are purchasing with no financing contingencies and must be prepared for cash settlement of their purchase. Settlement and payment of the balance of purchase price to be by cashier’s check or wire transfer
at closing on March 15, 2016 and April 1, 2016.
Formal termination of the lease for 2016 Crop year is completed and the farm is available for 2016 Crop
