The clinic emphasis is on a comprehensive approach to structural correction and rehabilitation utilizing

• Prepare and blend oils, and apply the blends to clients' skin.
• Maintain treatment records.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as required by state regulations and the spa’s
policies and procedures.
• Completes prep work and properly cleans and restocks room as required;
• Properly care for equipment and use appropriate amounts of product and supplies to assist with cost
controls;
• Actively and positively promote the spa, treatments, services, retail, programs, promotions offered for
marketing purposes;
• Properly answers phones in a professional and helpful manner, takes detailed messages for spa team
members;
• Schedules appointments and completes billing forms timely; completes charge slips and submits to
business/administration office for processing;
• Handles all guest concerns, questions, or complaints professionally and courteously;
• Model a demeanor conducive to teamwork and a positive work environment;
• Attends in-service training and spa team meetings as required;
• Conducts work tasks safely and in compliance with the facility safety program;
• Promotes and protects the rights of each resident and clients;
• Performs other related essential duties as required
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Vocational/technical training relating to massage therapy; 3 to 5 years prior experience; or any equivalent
combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.

directly with Dr. William Ruch to administer short soothing sessions of soft tissue work before and after
chiropractic adjustments. Specialty in Myofascial Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Active Release

A open office format allows therapists to move from patient to patient, facilitating pain relief and injury

Santa Rosa Medical Massage is seeking ANMT grads to add to our team. We are a specific massage
practice, doing only Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage and Lymphatic Facilitation (rarely). We are
looking for a team player that wishes to work, as this is not a hobby position.
We take pride in what we do and we have a strong client base. This is Independent contractor position
(1099), we supply the tables, linens, marketing, clients, scheduling etc. There is no fluff about what we
do. Specific Focused Deep Tissue work, it's never a full body massage. In fact I have not done a full body
massage myself in over 5 years. We work on many types of clients Young (as young as 10) and old
(oldest client was 93), they can walk on their own, have walkers, canes, wheelchairs. Some leave without
using the canes. We work on a lot of athletes, office workers, teachers, nurses, retirees and commuters.
We get referrals from Chiropractors, PTs,medical doctors and even Kaiser PTs.Our appointment times
range from 45 mins to 90 mins, with ten minutes in between. and most therapist when consistent about
their hours and days, are usually booked back to back all day.
When entering this work one should realize we do medical type massage people are in pain and they rely
on us to be there to assist with their treatment plan. People in pain are not always themselves, are
uncomfortable and often irritable, fortunately they usually leave feeling better and with a different look
about their face and different tone in voices.
We love what we do and are always looking to add to our team. We presently have Several days
available for the right NMT.
