MEMORIES
That will
Forever last
The family of the late Mrs. Alice Culpepper Howard
would like to thank each and everyone for their
acts of love & kindness extended to them.
May you be richly and exceedingly blessed by God.
The day God took you home
in tears we saw you sinking &
watched you pass away.
Our hearts were broken,
we wanted you to stay,
but when we saw you sleeping
so peacefully free from pain
how could we wish you back with us,
to suffer that again.
It broke our hearts to lose you
but you did not go alone,
a part of us went with you,
the day God took you home.

I'm Free
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free, I'm following the
path God laid for me.
I took his hand when I heard his call, I turned my back
and left it all.
I could not stay another day, To laugh, to love, to work,
to play. Tasks left undone must stay that way,
I've found that peace at the end of the day.
If my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Ah, yes, these things
too I will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the
sunshine of tomorrow.
My Life's been full, I savored much, good friends, good
times, a loved one's touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, Don't lengthen it
now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me,
God wanted me now,
He set me free.
A Beautiful Angel
A beautiful angel is all that is here
Saying O Lord please leave me here
Not ready to leave but has to go
Want to go back but God say no
Children, Grandchildren, and friends
A meaningful life that suddenly ends
An angel is what she was meant to be
Now think of all that she can see
Watching over her family night and day
Saying I love you in her own special way
In the night we sleep in the day we cry
While she watches over us from the sky.
