Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation in Spanish was
launched at the Nebrija University in Madrid, Spain
on 28 July 2016. Nieves Abad, a well known author
of inspirational books spoke on how she found the
book to be profound, yet it clearly indicated the way to
access the deeper Self via the heart in a very concise
way. Srinivas Arka spoke on the topic of the Mind and
explained that if we could understand the nature of the
Mind then part of the difficulty of meditating is resolved.

Radio Interview - Libertad FM
Srinivas Arka was interviewed on the radio program ‘La vida biloba’ on Libertad FM broadcasted
in Spain and through the worldwide web. A question was asked on how to contact the Self.
Srinivas Arka discussed how we can deepen our senses of touch by becoming conscious of it.
He gave a concise outline on touch, explaining how he predicted that a new technology would
be invented based on touch. Modern technology is now being used based on touch, starting
with smart phones.
Srinivas Arka was asked to introduce the Arka Dhyana method of connecting to the Heart.
He gave a brief demonstration of Arka Dhyana and introduced the sound ‘SaaRooGoVaum’
which is employed in this method. The sound resonated throughout the studio and when
the powerful sound energy calmed, the radio presenter expressed that despite practising
various meditational methods, she had never been able to go so deep and was elevated by the
experience.
The interview ended with music as all people present were left highly inspired and delighted
with how quickly they had been able to access their deeper Self.

Meditation. Many questions were posed and
in-depth, clear and concise answers were
provided. A discussion arose in relation to the
most sought after topic: Re-incarnation. Arka
gave a beautiful answer which answered all
questions in this regard.

Talk on ‘Discovering your true Self through intuitive methods for greater
transformation’

In this talk, Arka spoke on how ‘the mind is to thoughts, what the heart is to inspiration’. The
mind is a window to the world and allows us to relate with our environment. Nevertheless, the
heart connects us with something much deeper, something within us. When the heart is open,
it grows like a flower and inspiration arises from it like a subtle fragrance that guides our life.
Its language is subtle and, in many cases, it often goes unnoticed and we are not aware of this
marvellous capacity that we have. We often undervalue and think these things are irrelevant.
We do not give space for them in our lives. Nonetheless, it is always there, guiding us. It’s
important for us to learn to listen because it connects us to something much more profound.
Only by exploring our inner world and connecting with our hearts, are we able to connect with
our inspiration and discover our true Self.

DAY 1: Srinivas Arka emphasised that Arka Dhyana is not about just applying the touch sense
upon the body on a superficial level, but it involves the understanding of an unfathomable
philosophy upon which the whole system of this unique Intuitive Method stands.

DAY 2: Srinivas Arka explained that Arka Dhyana is like ‘a musical instrument with which people
will have freedom to operate’. Some just want to hold and feel it, others want to play it in a
certain way, while others want to discover the full potential of the method and take it to the
heights of what could be achieved through understanding its principle and philosophy and
practising it. Therefore, one has to set one´s intention which in itself is like a partial meditation.
