Challenge yourself, then challenge the world
When you have a Level 10 mentality, you challenge yourself daily, and you are always willing to
take things up a notch. Jack G. did both. “In Michigan, whenever we did Weight Loss Challenges,
we had some of the greatest results in the country, but I wanted to take it to the next level. So I
created the Body Transformation Challenge.” This unique program creates incentives for different
people to reach their unique goals. Thanks to Jack’s initiative, hundreds of people are tapping into
fitness and reaching for their Level 10—which Jack believes is always within reach. “If at the end of
the day, when our heads hits the pillow, we can say ‘Today I did my absolute best,’ then I think that

For Nicolas, a competitive attitude is one the facets of the Level 10 mentality, but a passion for
personal development and knowledge is also important. “The number one step to keep improving
is to maintain a student’s mentality. I’m always thirsty to learn more. I’m always looking for new
technologies, strategies, tools, anything that might help me do better,” Nicolas says.

Don’t settle!
Continuously pushing yourself out of your comfort
zone is a big part of the Level 10 mentality. “Even
when we are doing great, we should always feel a bit
uncomfortable and willing to accept that someone out
there could be doing things better than we are,” Nicolas
explains.
Realizing when your focus is wavering is also important.
“I like to call this ‘having an inner alarm’,” adds Caroline.
“If I notice that I’ve slacked off a little bit in regards to
my weight, I have that inner alarm set to tell me ‘I’ve
got to do something.’ Or if I notice that my attitude is
slightly off, the alarm goes off and I say to myself ‘I
need to actually do a little bit more reading, I need to
check my attitude, I need to be more aware’.” Caroline’s
reasoning is simple. “I have to represent the brand and
my business the best that I can – all the time,” she says.
Nicolas adds a final piece of advice, “Do the calls, plan
your meetings, and execute your projects. Start the day
with personal victories! Don’t drag yourself out of bed
but actually get up and do something for yourself first
– read a book, exercise, have a shake – and then, go
conquer the world!”

Fats, along with proteins and carbohydrates, are one of the
families of nutrients that fuel the body. But unlike carbs and
protein which give the body four calories per gram, fat is
more than twice as energy

“Set a goal and go for it!”
Justin’s dream was to hit one out of the park
– literally. While pursuing a career as a professional
baseball player, he worked four part-time jobs in
addition to his daily workouts. Needless to say, he felt
extremely tired.

Justin decided to give them a try. “Honestly, I wasn’t

looked for a new opportunity. Soon, Yariv
learned about Herbalife from a family member
and eventually attended an Extravaganza. He

an Independent Distributor.
Yariv is finally enjoying the freedom he was
searching for this whole life; not least his love
