rolley Square has been part of Utah’s heritage since
1847. The ten acre block served as fairgrounds
until Union Pacific magnate E.H. Harriman chose the
site for his state of the art trolley car system. He had
more than 144 trolleys serving the valley from the site

Rich Robins’ broad commercial real estate background has helped him become a focused person, geared toward
creating solutions to problems for the past 43 years. Rich Robins has been involved in the management, leasing,
and development of all types of shopping centers, office buildings, and properties throughout the West.
In 1972 Rich graduated from the University of Utah, where he earned his MBA degree. In 1975 Rich acquired his
Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from the ICSC, and in 1978 he was presented with ICSC’s
national award for “Innovative Development Techniques” for his 6 years of work managing “Trolley Square”.

Rich Coles has over 30 years of experience in land development, mixed use development, retail tenant, developer
representation, and retail shopping center business. He is one of the few Senior Certified Shopping Center
Managers in the Intermountain West region. Coles has extensive background in commercial real estate and a
long history of community service and planning.
In 1975, Coles began his career in real estate as an assistant mall manager for the ZCMI Center. He held several
positions with Zion’s Securities Corporation including General Mall Manager & Leasing Director. During that
period, he leased and managed over two million square feet of office and retail space. Coles was involved in the
development and leasing of Eagle Gate Office Tower and Plaza, and the Kennecott Office Tower.

Lori acquired her Real Estate License in 2002 and became a residential agent. In 2004, Lori joined Prime
Commercial Real Estate, which later became Coldwell Banker Commercial as an assistant for Tim Simonsen.
After four years of assisting Mr. Simonsen, Lori became a partner and was very influential in the development of
that teams business, which has received several “Top Performing” awards. Lori has now been a commercial Real
Estate agent since 2004 and is licensed in both Utah and Idaho. Lori has excellent “Customer Service” skills and
is very accomplished with her follow through commitment. Lori represents the highest level of ethics and would
never compromise her client’s goals and best interest as she always has the clients objective in mind.
