NOTICE OF DELINQUENT REAL ESTATE TAXES

In accordance with K.S.A 79-2302 and K.S.A. 79-2303, the following is a listing of 2011 unpaid real estate taxes with interest and
legal fees due to the McPherson County Treasurer as of August 1, 2012. If these taxes remain unpaid as of September 4, 2012,
the County Treasurer will sell on said date the real estate described below to the county for the amount of taxes and legal charges
due. The sale as described above is not a sale to the public. It is the legal process under which the redemption period for payment
of 2011 real estate taxes, fees and penalties begins. In the event said real estate taxes are not paid within the prescribed period, a
foreclosure suite and sheriff’s sale will occur in due time.
A few of the taxpayers whose names appear in the legal publication may have made payment. Unfortunately, I am not able to delete names once the list is submitted as required by law. I regret any embarrassment this may cause.
