your Special Event Manager, I can provide you with
event coordination, theme development, equipment and
linen coordination, site logistics, floor plans – even
lighting and entertainment.
They say good things come in small packages and there
is no better way to describe Mary. She comes to us with
a degree in hospitality business from Michigan State
University. Mary also spent three years perfecting her
hospitality and event skills while working at the
Michigan Governor's Residence. Once obtaining her
degree, she decided to make the move to the windy city
to spend some time planning extreme races. After
spending a summer mixing mud pits, she realized
pretty events were more her thing. Her passion for
catering and attention to detail is sure to leave you
stress free to truly enjoy your event.

The Necessities
To ensure a flawless event, Berghoff will provide all
necessary platters, dip bowls and cocktail napkins
needed for your event. Berghoff will bring all necessary
kitchen equipment to prepare the food on-site.
The equipment costs are as follows:
Events of 25- 50 guests: $7.50 per guests
Events for 50-75 guests: $5.00 per guests
Events for 75 or more guests: $3.50 per guests
