This Villa offers an EXCLUSIVE GOLF MEMBERSHIP at Highlands Reserve Golf Club (being one of the few villas signed up for a Golf Villa Membership
Program). This means that up to 14 registered guests can play golf at Highlands Reserve for the villa member fee.
The whole family can come together in this large villa, which has 7 bedrooms (all equipped with ceiling fans) - the children will love the 3 Disney themed
bedrooms. When you're not out exploring Orlando, be constantly entertained at home by the games room, televisions in ALL rooms, brand new appliances, WIFI
internet, a computer and printer, double air conditioning units and gorgeous golf course views.
The villa’s fantastic pool decking area covers the entire width of the house and has been extended out to take advantage of both the late afternoon sun and the
great golf course view. This area includes one of the neighborhood’s largest private, heated pools (13ft 9' by 26 ft 6') fitted with night-lights & a pool guard for
child safety, a spa/Jacuzzi and a large lanai with a ceiling fan.
Sterling on Highlands is 20 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes from the Berry Town Centre (where you will find restaurants and a supermarket...even an English
pub!).

"First of all, dealing with Anna and Bryan was an absolute pleasure. The flow of information and their willingness to accommodate any request we made ensured
our stay was as perfect as we had hoped. The villa itself is beautiful and is equipped with everything to keep the whole family happy. The master bedroom in
particular was stunning. With the villa being situated on Highlands Reserve and having the golf Rental advantage membership, we managed to get in six rounds
of golf in, all free!!!
There are hundreds of villas to choose from when booking a holiday to Orlando but I wouldn't have any doubt in recommending Sterling on Highlands."

We have now returned from our holiday at your villa in Florida and recovered from our jet lag. We have also brought the good weather back to Scotland and have
just played golf today at 28 degrees C.
All of our family enjoyed the holiday which was greatly enhanced by your villa and all its fabulous facilities. My grand children want to stay there for ever !!!
We would like to return there one day with all my family and hope to contact you next year if we can get all to agree on a time.

If you are a sun worshiper you will love this home which has sunshine at the pool side Summer and Winter. If you like the cool shade the seating area under the
covered lanai together with the large ceiling fan will keep you cool, a relaxing haven out of the direct sun to read that novel you promised yourself or just to lie
back and enjoy the moment. Although in a great location for all of Florida’s theme Park’s, Highlands Reserve is set among rolling hills, pine trees, orange groves
and palm lined avenues - it is a little piece of paradise to come home to and is described as an attraction in itself, with its high quality golf course, club house,
children’s play area, tennis courts and further outdoor swimming pool. Let the magical experiences of Orlando, Florida continue at Sterling On Highlands.
