NOTE: Cart fees are not included at Wing Park because of limited availability
of carts. Carts will be issued on a first come first served basis. No spectator carts
will be permitted at Wing Park.
Golf Cars / Caddies
Contestants may bring their own caddie, carry their bag or use
a golf car. Golf cars are included at The Highlands and Bowes
Creek. In the event that a player elects to have his caddie drive,
the player will be required to walk. If the player elects to drive,
the caddie will be required to walk. A maximum of 2 golf cars
per group will be allowed.
Rules
USGA Rules shall govern all forms of play except where modified by a local rule. The committee will determine the rules of
the competition and all rulings shall be final.

The cost of $290 includes the tournament entry, daily green fees,
cart fees at Bowes Creek and The Highlands, practice balls , tee
prizes and a buffet lunch at the conclusion of the final round.
The fee for Bowes Creek members and Highlands pass holders is
$125 and includes all the above.
Senior and Super seniors will participate in both the adult and
their respective divisions. Players may win prizes in one division only. A minimum of 6 players will be required to contest a
division.

The Elgin Open champion will receive a trophy. All flight winners and runner ups will receive gift cards redeemable for golf
shop merchandise.

No handicaps will be used for this event. All players will be
flighted based upon their scores from Sept 26-27. Players will
then play within their respective flights the final 36 holes.

Championship-D flights will be contested based upon the number of entries. The low 15 and ties will comprise the championship flight. The next 15 will comprise the A Flight. This will
continue until all players are flighted.

Entry Deadline: September 18 at 5:00 p.m. No refunds will be granted after the close of entries.
If you have a caddie and would like to purchase a food ticket, there is an additional cost of $20.00 which is due upon entry. The ticket is good for the lunch
upon completion of the tournament. Additional spouse, etc., tickets are also $20.00. No refunds on food tickets.
Open to any amateur golfer regardless of residency.
