Operations Manager- Cromer, MB
Cando Rail Services is seeking an experienced
Operations Manager to lead our rail car
loading and switching team at an industrial
terminal located near Cromer, Manitoba.
The successful candidate will be responsible
for a team of 15 to 25 employees currently
working two (2) shifts a day, seven (7) days a
week.
Cando is seeking a results-oriented leader
with a process driven mindset. Passionate
about developing, leading, and working
with people, the Operations Manager will
be experienced in building successful teams
and have demonstrated experience building
strong relationships with customers.
Top candidates will have experience working
in a safety sensitive production environment,
and have a minimum five years supervisory
experience. Experience with the safe handling
of petroleum products, rail car switching,
transportation of dangerous goods, and safety
management systems would be considered
an asset. The successful candidate must be
able to obtain and hold a railway safety critical
medical, certifications in handling and working with
dangerous goods, various site qualifications,
and a valid driver’s license.
The position is based in Cromer, Manitoba.
