The diversity of dining options in Central has gotten wider with the opening of Home, a new
vegetarian restaurant that houses a restaurant, bar, café, and juicer within the space, serving
meat-free options through Internationally-inspired dishes from burgers to Vietnamese pho.
The new establishment takes more than its restaurant role, but also a holistic approach by
serving prime-quality vegetarian cuisine in a relaxed ambiance. Guests are reassured of the
organic nature of ingredients, prepared into all-day offerings including homemade ovenroasted flat breads, open toasts, salads and burgers, among many.
Special dietary restrictions and preferences are respected with requests for vegan, glutenfree, and raw options considered. Guests can also enjoy healthy juice mixers as well as
cocktails made with house juice blends, all under the same roof that supports sustainability
and environmental friendliness in food consumption.
