1. Philadelphia Home Improvement Loan (PHIL)
Natural gas is more economical and more energy ef�icient when compared
to aging oil systems, so you could save hundreds of dollars each year. And
now, PGW is making it easier than ever to switch by offering a $500 credit
on your gas heating bill!
To �inance your heater conversion, or other home
improvements, consider applying for a Philadelphia Home
Improvement Loan (PHIL). Available through participating
banks, PHIL offers low �ixed rates of 3 or 5 percent, terms
up to 20 years, no equity or appraisal requirements and
no fees.

Switching to natural gas heating is easy if you already have a gas line.
Here are three simple steps to convert:
EnergyWorks homeowner loans, made through Keystone
HELP, currently start as low as 0.99%. Homeowners can
improve energy ef�iciency by addressing the energy usage
of their whole house or by tackling smaller, more targeted
projects. Receive loans from $1,000 to $25,000 with terms
up to 20 years. Low interest rates are for a limited time
only and subject to change.
1. Contact a plumber or HVAC contractor to let them know you
are interested.
2. Your plumber or HVAC contractor will help you choose and install
the right equipment.
3. Additional rebates may be available. Talk to your contractor for
more information.
Eligible improvements must be installed by a Keystone
HELP approved contractor.
ELIGIBILITY
If you convert a single family home or duplex to a natural gas heating
system, are an existing PGW customer and your PGW gas account is
current, you are eligible for a $500 account credit.
HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR $500 REBATE
Simply �ill out the form below and send it to us with a copy of your signed
contract and paid invoice. After veri�ication, the $500 credit will be
re�lected on your account in 6-8 weeks.
