an on board computer that enables us to exchange
information between vehicles and the head office.
Our staff is well informed of current position and
status of each truck at all times. The ability to communicate with drivers in real-time, enter orders and
plan trips offer you, our valued customers, great
reliability.
Our clients can easily track & trace consignments
through an online tracking facility by simply entering
their AWB number. Availability of real-time status
updates on your shipment throughout the full
lifecycle of your shipment - So, you can see exactly
where your goods are at any time. Customer support

Company History:
• The story of TRANS SIB ATC Air Service
GmbH begins on March 20th 2001 with
the opening of the Head Office in
Nuremberg.
• In August 2002 a subsidiary was officially
opened at Frankfurt-Hahn Airport. The
subsidiary handles import and export.
• In September of 2003 TRANS SIB expands
by buying three vehicles of their own.
• In April of 2004 TRANS SIB carries out
their first tours to Frankfurt, Nuremberg
and Munich themselves. Since then the
company has been growing constantly
and expanding its motor pool.
• Currently the TRANS SIB motor pool
consists of 23 semi cabs and a small
transporter.The semitrailerscan be
divided into mega trailersand mega
cooler units both equipped with Roller
Beds. Furthermore, GPS is available in
allvehicles.
• During this time the staff has grown
from 5 to 38. Specialized software has
been developed and implemented
enabling online tracking of freight
transport.

Usage of modern and effective logistics solutions in
transportation planning enables our staff to enter
external orders for carriage and work out the most
efficient plan for the delivery of goods. All data,
including PODs, is scanned and stored electronically,
which allows easy access for copies to be sent to
customers via email and fax. Specialized user-friendly
software provides single workspace for TRANS SIB
partner airlines, customers, cargo agents, freight
forwarders and warehouses.

Our Services
Our fleet of environmental-friendly vehicles are
available with mega trailers and cooler units all
equipped with Roller Beds, GPS navigation, security
locking systems and mobile networking.
We assure quick and easy load or unload from a
variety of ULDs, both cargo pallets and containers,
from standard size to Q7. Specialized trailers with
slide and adjustable roof and sides satisfy the need
for out-of gauge shipments or alternative loading
processes from the top or sides.

TRANS SIB holds the officially certified status of a Regulated Agent (DE/RA/00893-01/0416). All personnel,
including planning staff and drivers, receive constant training both initial and on going in compliance with the
applicable legal provisions as specified by the German Air Security Act (LuftSIG), European Union (EU) guidelines
and meet all applied requirements as prescribed by the German Federal Office of Civil Aviation (LBA).
