Uncoiler
Motorized Uncoiler is a stand-alone system for tubing
in reels, used to feed the tubing into a tube cutter, like
our READYcut and EASYcut machines, or for use with
an automatic machine (PLC controlled).

The Motorized Uncoiler is designed to minimize tube stretching or pulling, guaranteeing consistent cut length. Different diameters ( up to 10 cm ) can be processed.
The frame is equipped with wheels in order to move comfortably the machine and to have the better versatility in using it. Wheels are equipped out with brake.
Manufacturing features, both for quality of materials and reliability of components, ensure suitability for use in clean rooms.

The Motorised Uncoiler in its standard configuration can work tube reels without spool; on
request a special version of coil-holder for reels
with plastic core is available.
