Integral Construction Pty Ltd is a privately
owned construction company specialising in
a range of commercial construction work.
Projects to date have included numerous
aged care facilities, commercial, retail, health
and community projects, industrial buildings,
interiors and general renovations.
Based at Coolum on the Sunshine Coast, and
with a recently established Brisbane office,
the company is well located to service the
entire South-East Queensland region.
Whether it be Design and Construct,
or Construct only, the elimination of the
traditional tendering process enables Integral
Construction to form close relationships with
the design consultants, from the inception
of a project through to its completion.

thick cold store panels and metal sheeting.

The suspended floor structure consisted of a
steel frame base with compressed fibre cement
lining, glass wool and cold store panels for
insulation purposes, and a reinforced concrete
slab finished with an epoxy compound.
Internally, an additional steel framed structure
fixed to concrete up-stands poured integral with
the floor slab, accommodated the bird handling
conveyor system imported from Europe.
