ELDERS LEADERSHIP TRAINING: Elder s Leader ship tr aining will continue today, Sabbath July 30, 2016 at 5:00 PM for all new and un-ordained elders. This will take place in the Conference Room. 2. HEALTH MINISTRIES TIP: Engaging in about an hour of br isk walking or other moderate-intensity activity each day can negate the increased mortality risk associated with sitting for prolonged periods, suggests a review in the Lancet medical journal. The study also found watching TV for more than 3 hours daily was associated with increased mortality. 3. SMALL GROUP TRAINING: All those who signed up for Small Gr oup Leadership Training along with all Elders are invited to our training on Sabbath August 6, 2016 immediately after Divive Service. 4. INTERNATIONAL DAY: The Social Committee Inter national Day has been scheduled for Sunday August 28, 2016. Details to follow. 5. WOULD YOU LIKE TO TAKE BIBLE STUDIES? The Bible Studies will continue this Sabbath July 30, 2016 at 5:00 PM in the sanctuary. The topic to be covered will be from the Book of Revelation. All interested persons are asked to attend. TOWN HALL MEETING TODAY: We will be having our second Town Hall Meeting today immediately after Divine Service to provide an update on current church projects and proposed future plans. NEW JERSEY SENATE BILL: A pr oposed amendment to New J er sey Senate Bill 788 (S788) would deny the public access to police cameras and 911 recordings. If you believe that our government should be more transparent, you can contact your local political officials and let them know that you oppose this amendment.
