Making a Reservation
Cabins & Vacation Homes
Cabin donors earn first priority
YMCA of the Rockies is a nonprofit organization. All cabins have
been generously donated by families who are committed to helping
us fulfill our Mission. Cabin donors pay the same nightly rate as
all of our guests, but they receive first priority when making their
reservation requests. Cabin Donor Vacation Request Forms must be
received by 9/15/13.
YMCA of the Rockies members earn second priority
A YMCA of the Rockies annual membership entitles members to
receive second priority when placing a reservation request.
To become a member of the YMCA of the Rockies or renew
an expiring membership, please call 888-574-9622 or visit
ymcarockies.org/membership.htm.
• Submit requests early for processing.
Vacation Request Forms are accepted after 8/1/13 and processing
starts 9/16/13.
• Complete and submit the Vacation Request Form (VRF).

Our winter/spring family cabin and vacation home reservations
are open to the general public on 10/2/13. Online booking at
ymcarockies.org starts at 12:01 AM (MT), and family reservations
phone lines open at 7 AM (MT).

among 860 acres of Ponderosa pines,
are fully furnished, pet friendly, have a
fully equipped kitchen and include linens
and towels.
Lodge Rooms
All YMCA of the Rockies lodges are within
walking distance to most of our activities.
A complimentary breakfast for two, free
WiFi, and linens and towels are included
with your stay.

Yurts
Enjoy a stay in one of our comfortable yurts,
equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge,
open year-round. Yurts have easy access to
bathhouses with hot showers and flush toilets.
Yurts are not heated.
